Drinks at the restaurant are practically sugar syrups. Maybe it would worth to offer freshly squeezed orange juice and real beverages for extra pay.

Perfect location, very clean, a lot of facilities to entertain families.

The knobs on the glass doors in the shower/WC. The curtains are not completely blacked out at night/morning, also the door of the room isn't set closely so it let's the light from the hallway get in.

Loved how the staff is nice, all of them. Loved the food, the location, the seawater pool. Love how they are happy to help and assist with any question. This is a fully family hotel.

Parking costs 10 euros per day. Rocky beach, no sand (as practically all of Croatia). Other than staying in the hotel and relaxing, nothing to do in the surrounding area.

4 different pools, spa, children play ground, gym, PS5 room, the buffet had many satisfactory variations. All the other guests are parents with much understanding for crying and playing children.

Shame that it wasn’t a true full board. Drinks, ice creams or snacks out of meal times were not included and apart from drinks you could pay for the later were not available. Slides or fun things for children in the pools would have been great unfortunately most of the fun was indoors.

Great hotel for family’s, food was fantastic and indoor activities for children were great.

The rooms/hotel are clean in general, but all the textile covered furniture and carpets are very badly stained, througout the entire hotel.

Really nice family hotel with lot of fun activities. The variety of food for all meals is super good.

Balconies are small and some are very close to each other. The area around the hotel does not have much to write home about. But maybe it gets better in summer season when they open the main swimming pool outside.

Beautiful dining area, especially outside. It is usually quite crowded so you'll get better experience if you visit it in less popular hours. The room and bathroom are well designed with some acceptable flaws. The room has a table for kids to draw, toilette. Shower room and entry are with wash basin are all separated which may be handy for a family. But it's quite compact. We did have some difficulties to find space to dry towels and clothes. Double bed mattress consisted of 2 twin mattresses. The extra bed is creaking, but still comfortable to sleep and it's foldable under the main bed if you need extra space during the day. The embankment along the seaside is a nice place to walk. Even kids may find lots of interesting things to see and do there.

Everything was perfect. Staff excellent. The only not so perfect thing was that they subjected the pool area to an outside service for 2 hours every morning. Not an issue but they notified the guests on the same day so a bit late and last minute. Also the bar area is extremely expensive.

Unfortunately a big negative is housekeeping! I thought we were just not that lucky with our room but unfortunately for the 4 nights we noticed that housekeeping just cleans the surface. We continuously had to ask for towels/ robes and toilet paper... Upon arrival the toilet had stains/ streaks from the previous visitors, as well as the shower had a bunch of hair in the corners from other ppl. It was very disgusting the least to say! When mentioned this to the front desk (the lady was overwhelmed with all the arrivals at once and being by herself) apologized and said she would report it. No offer to change rooms or anything else was done about our complaints. Thank god I ALWAYS have disinfectant with me and we managed alone. One can notice the staff constantly on their private phones and watching YouTube or playing games! The game room has no age limit, so your 10 year old will be able to put on a game that is not age appropriate for him/ her. You have to stay on top of it. Even though there is a lot of food variety it is not well seasoned. Parking!!!! €10 per day!!!!! Ridiculous! There are plenty of parking spaces around the hotel for a fraction of that price! Just unload the luggage and park the car later. We were curious about staying an extra night since the kids truly enjoyed their time. First we asked for extending out check out time and that was not granted due to a fully booked situation. So I asked for another night and sure enough the manager found a room for €100 more we paid on booking.com!!!!!! When I mentioned this to him he apologized for a computer glitch and gave me a €5 discount on my booked room rate....I am sorry but that experience really felt wrong and we did not extend.

A wonderful hotel for families who want attraction for the little ones and big kids! All the staff is very friendly and always with a smile which is a big plus at arrival! The rooms are spacious enough and have all one needs. The hotel was very quiet for us at night and we had a good rest each night! There is a gaming room/ fitness center/big indoor playground with trampolines, ball pits and a mini kids club with an evening disco which was a hit for young and old! The variety of food for all meals is mind blowing! You can find something for everyone! The location is set wonderful, right at the sea with a big playground!

Small indoor pool, if you visit hotel in spring its not the best option if you are looking for hotel whit pool. pool has maybe 10 loungers . And the quality of the water in pool isnt great because of all the small children and crowds

Just little things like: The mattress would be more comfortable if it were in two layers (like in Germany) It is recommended to add 2 more pillows each Pool towels are better distributed at the pool and returned there, because this way the wet towel is carried back to the room. A hook for drying towels should be added to the room.

Good location, nice stuff, clean hotel, perefct sea view, nice pools and sauna's, nice kids play rooms, great family hotel, perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lobby cafee bar coffer and drinks are very affordable, unlike other hotels.

A great space for a child. Things to play atound with in every corner, the fun park, the ball pits... The food was also nice. The rooms are clean in general, but all the textile covered furniture and carpets are very badly stained, througout the entire hotel which really bothered me, as the hotel is fairly new and seems to keep "high standards" otherwise. Looks a bit worn down.

The adult bed was super squeaky. Whenever one of us turned (to say the least) it made a huge noise. Also the soap dispenser fell off the shower wall and they never fixed it. They have a good variety of food but everything is very blend. During checkout they accidentally tried to double-charge us. We needed to remind the employee that we had already payed the room in advance. I am sure it was a honest mistake but was nevertheless an unfortunate experience.

Really nice pillows, big balcony. Appreciated the gluten free food corner!

The staff was very friendly, the choice of food was plentiful. The animators offered super programmes.(minidisco, The wizard of Oz show, aerobic in swimmingpool). The sea was very pleasent, but water shoes are necessary. The swimmingpools are great.
