Found some carpet bugs under the bed and on the wall, they won't bite but it's better to get rid of them.

Gordon is very friendly and kind. It's a special experience staying in a apartment made of these beautiful big stones.

The property was so well located to the centre only 5 mins walk . Easy to find . The room was very large king size bed, with large size shower/toilet. Mini fridge with kettle and coffee machine with pods included and TV ( had Netflix a real bonus ) Also had iron and hair dryer. Met all my needs as a solo traveler. Big enough for two . Very clean and fresh .Also very easy to communicate with the owner , who got back to me very quickly . Great value for money

We totally recommend Lions Luxury Rooms if you're visiting Split. The location is great about 15 minutes on foot to the bus station. There are some stairs along the way, so it feels a bit longer with luggage, but still manageable. Although we didn’t meet our host in person, Gordan was really helpful. He sent us recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, which we appreciated. He even offered us a late check-out, but we had to catch an early bus and left the property before 7 in the morning.

Our host Gordan was excellent at commuicating with us. . The bed was very comfortable which is important as my wife has a bad back. The location is good with shop & bakeries very close by. Good selection of TV channels with Netflix & Amazon Prime.

Nice, new apartment on an old, quiet street in the city centre, within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the bus station, as well as main touristic attractions and shops + supermarkets + restaurants. The host always responded quickly and efficiently. The apartment is excellent for a short stay.

It was a great location with easy access to the port, and very quiet for getting a good nights sleep. Gordan was super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. He also gave great recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. If I was to return to split I would certainly stay here again.

The main door was difficult to open after the rain. The door swelled up. The sheets were not cotton or white which I prefer for comfort while sleeping.

Close to the ferry and bus station in old town. The neighborhood has a lot of character. The owner gave great directions and was very helpful.

Not having towels replenished (and rooms cleaned, although that could be normal in Split apartments); noisy neighbours at times; wasn't sure about the 'disco lights, room needed a bit of a refurb/redecoration.

Great location; good communication from Gordan; comfy bed; great to have a kettle and coffee maker in the room.

Only thing that would make it perfect is a later checkout time 12pm latest however the host was very lovely in allowing me to keep my bags until 1pm for me to check in to my next location comfortably

It was literally 4-6 mins walk from the main city of Split depending on how far you walk, and you will literally walk slower because it's in such a beautiful part which gives you the freedom to explore with excitement. The host and his team were SO GREAT with communication, very fast, very clear, always letting you know, even suggested restaurants and places to check out during my stay, WIFI worked well too. I also loved the fact the room had a desk i was able to get a lot of work done in the period i was there

You should have into consideration that Split is a city where you have to walk up and there are lots of stairs. The room is in a 1st floor. Also there are beaches near the city, but they are not that pretty.

Gordan is a really good host, he gave us the keys and explained everything. The place is near the bus station and there is a bakery 3 minutes walking.

The host was a pleasure to communicate with from start to finish. Helped with advice on restaurants and local sights and was very helpful in every way! The room was very clean, with nice decor and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
