It's hardly worth mentioning, but a few minor items are in need of repair (e.g. refrigerator, kitchen tap) and the water in the shower doesn't get very warm/goes luke warm after a short while. But none of this was especially problematic and certainly not anything we'd want to complain about.

Perfect location to be outside of the business of the centre, but very close to the centre (5 minutes walking distance). Nearby parking is free and you always manage to find a spot. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host was very clear im their communication and also very friendly.

Basic necessities were not included. There was no detergent for the washer. Only a thimble sized container of shower gel and a tiny hand soap. No paper towels in the kitchen or soap for the dishwasher. These are things that have always been provided in other properties I’ve rented. There was only a bottom fitted sheet on the bed. There was no top sheet so was only left to use a thin cotton blanket. It wasn’t comfortable. There were also two twin sized duvets that just didn’t stay in place during the night. There should be a duvet that fits the entire bed. The pillows were lumpy. The balcony was nice but there’s hardly any view bc the trees are blocking almost entirely. There’s just a peek of water. There’s also two pots out there just with dirt. Even a fake plant would have been better than that. There’s also a nightclub very close by altho we never could tell where it was exactly. The first night we were up til about 2am bc of loud music and loud screaming and yelling from partygoers. The last night was the same and bc we had to get up very early to catch a ferry the next morning we had almost no sleep. The apartment is in a good location and it’s very new but the building itself is way over due for basic upkeep. The outside looks dilapidated with busted plaster and an old worn out fence enclosing nothing but dirt and the inside lobby and stairs feel worn out with peeling paint and plaster. Lastly, the tv didn’t work properly. Every time we tried to watch anything a pop up covered the screen with a message about accessibility controls or something. We weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t that big of a deal but it needs to be fixed. We just used our phones instead.

Some kitchen roll or a sponge would have been good. But generally the equipment was sufficient and clean. "Sea view" will not necessarily mean the balcony room.

The location is great, in a quiet treelined street next to the (largely redundant station). Spacious and clean with a good shower room and functional kitchen with use of a washing machine. The building is a grand 19th century Habsburg era mansion. There is a very pleasant short walk to the sea front and the Roman arena. Beds were very comfortable and the room clean and well designed. It appears only one of the apartments has an outdoor balcony (not ours), but the windows were very large and bright allowing plenty of sea air and a view towards the water.

Just keep in mind you have to walk two flight of stairs. I had a small injury and this was just a bit tricky. And if you are a very light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Cause there is a club at the station and in the weekend you can hear it just a very tiny little bit. If you are a normal sleeper, you want be bothered by it, it was hardly noticeable.

I've travelled a lot, and I can safely say that this has been one of the best stays so far. The appartement is very big. The location is perfect, near the city center. You can walk to the amfitheatre in 5 minutes. But just outside the center, so it's nice and quiet. Just outside the street across the station you can park for free. There was always a spot (I travelled in May). The balcony was so nice with full sun in the afternoon. There was airco inside, so it was not too hot. And everything you would need while traveling was there: an umbrella to borrow, coffee cups, a nicely equipped kitchen, hotel slippers, a wash machine with capsules to do some laundry, very nice shower, two sinks, separate bed sheets. And it was very clean!

We arrived at night. Street outside poorly lit and hard to see numbers on buildings. Not a tourist area. Building seemed very old and uninviting - we got access with code and went upstairs- apartment accessed through a secure outside door ( other apartments accessed by this door) Such a nice surprise on going through this door. Good lighting and able to access apartment easily via lockbox. Apartment great

There is a nightclub in front of the building. It was very very loud. I do believe however that it is only open on friday- and saturdaynights though!Otherwise this street is very quiet.

Very comfortable bed & sofa, balcony, smart tv, and the private washingmachine. After long days of sightseeing it was nice to have this place to come back to and relax. The bed felt like sleeping in a fluffy cloud.

De building is a bit dark and there is no elevator, so you have to take the steps up 2,5 floors with all your luggage.

The building is kind of old, and it’s not the prettiest. But the Lifestyle Apartement is very luxurious, new and clean.

The corridors of the building could use some lighting, since at night you can barely see anything. There is no elevator but we did not mind it in the end.

Very well organized, convenient, good value and great hosts. The room is cozy, well equipped and very clean. Location also convenient and safe, you can walk around to the main attractions easily.
