Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SloveniaWe really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very new – everything feels fresh and clean. New furniture, new kitchen – everything looks great. The kitchen has everything you need: plates, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. The air conditioning works perfectly, the shower is also new and very comfortable. There was good shower gel and soap. There were even things like trash bags and dishwasher tablets – very thoughtful, everything is really made for guests’ comfort. There’s also a lovely balcony, and the host is a very kind and helpful person. We felt great here – highly recommend!

Estoniacomfortable location of the apartment in a quiet place 5 minutes drive from a beautiful huge beach with shadow, free parking and sandy bottom. The beach is great for children too. The historical center of Umag is 7 minutes by car, also with a free parking. Umag is an excellent base for trips around Istria and Slovenia. The owner of the apartment is very attentive and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The location is situated in a nice quiet town next to Umag, 5 minutes of driving till the Umag Center. We were greeted by the person that owns the building ( there are multiple apartaments there ) and she gave us the key. The apartment is conveniently partitioned, with a large living room combined with the kitchen and a very big terrace. The materials used in the design and utilities of the apartment feel like very high quality, and everything you need will be there. Groceries can be made in proximity, the apartaments are very easy to access and there is PARKING on PREMISES.

Czech RepublicThe appartment is very comfortable, equipped with all we needed. It is super clean, brand new, in a quiet palce. About 10 to 15 min to the sea on a bicycle. Few minutes by car. There is bakery nearby. The owners are very nice people. Saša took great care of us. We even got presents. I am sure that we will return.
