The owner, Mr. Dirk, is very nice and helpful. He offered to borrow us some equipment that we were lacking off and would have troubles finding. The place had cooling system that we could left turned on and get back to refreshing room after being out in the heat. Maslenica is small and peaceful place with beatiful marina and couple of nice places to eat and drink.

I highly recommend this villa. We spent 9 nights there and were impressed by this place 😍 Beautiful place with cosy restaurants and not overwhelmed beaches. We can definitely see, how much effort the owner put in his villa.

if there is anything we didnt like it would be there were not very many English speaking TV channels, we could not get connected to our streaming service, but we were on holiday so that didnt bother us that much.

The apartment was very modern,clean and in a great location. The pool and pool area was fantastic. Loved it. The host was very pleasant and informative will definitely return.

Missed some equipment in the kitchen, for example washing-up liquid and espresso cups, but really not a big problem.

Very nice place in charming Maslinica. Sentral to restaurants, supermarked, beaches and outdoor life in general, but still calm and with a beatiful view. Crystal clear water. Helpful host.

Free parking in the back of the house. Summer breeze on balcony all night, so you can enjoy and relax. Isolation very good we almost didn't use A/C. Bed comfortable, facilities clean as new, beach is 2- 3minutes walking, restaurants 5 minutes, pool is in front of the house... Maslinica is definitely place for relax and charge up.

It isn’t a dislike but just a note that while the terrace in apartment Claudia was lovely, you had to stand to fully appreciate the beautiful view. That would not stop me from re-booking it though.

The studio didn’t really have a place to put our bags, and the A/C is in the kitchen/living space but not in the bedroom. These are minor issues for such a wonderful place!

Fantastic property, beautiful views, lovely pool and space around the pool to relax. Short walk to the tiny village of Maslinica. Dirk meet us where the bus dropped us off and drove us the short distance to his property. Highly recommended Villa Lemony and we hope to return with friends and rent out the whole place, absolutely loved our stay here!

Good air conditioning in the living room but no air conditioning/fan in the bedroom.

Dirk was a great host with good communication and very helpful to assist us with any issues. The apartment was very clean, modern, and the swimming pool area was great for relaxing. The location was also excellent, 5 mins walk from the beach and 5-10 mins walk to an area with restaurants/bars/supermarket.

Bear in mind that Solta is a smaller island and Maslinica is not the main town. There are no scooter hire and taxis come from the next town over. There is only one grocery shop and it is more expensive than the other Islands.

Fantastic swimming pool, Villa Lemony is very well located, private, close to the beach, shops, town, ferry and bus stations. Hosts are friendly and available and everything is very clean. The Studio Apartment is a good size for 2 people with all required amenities for a comfortable stay. The outside cinema was an amazing experience. Maslinica is breathtakingly beautiful and not commercialized and you can walk everywhere. The Bakery is open every day with lovely treats and fresh breads. Villa Lemony is well equipped for comfortable self catering.
