Location was perfect for us

Very very small room but we only stayed 1 night which worked well

Great downtown location, perfect for exploring the town. The place has two levels and good air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The kitchen is basic but you don’t really need it — there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 2-minute walk. It was clean and the hosts communicated well. Lovely spot overall!

Very small. No staff check in. No instructions provided prior to arriving at the accommodation door. Due to size, perhaps should be a x1 person accommodation option not x2 / couple.

Location was great!

Room was very small and no place to put your suitcases. the shower leaked and made the bathroom floor wet. It would have been nice to have coffee facilities and fridge in the room but the space was too tight to fit that in.

Centre of town. No breakfast!

Very cold, air con but no heating. Put all the spare towels over the bed to try and get warm. Shower needs attention, falls down when used. Very well appointed small room.

Some noise in the night

The location was perfect. As Split is not the cheapest city, the amount paid for this accommodation was incredibly reasonable. Towels were available in a cabinet in the stairway, where we could take new towels and put the dirty ones so as not to take up extra space in the room. The owner was also very hospitable. Self-check-in and self-check-out make the process easier. The AC in the room was also very good and needed as Split during early September is very hot!

The room is a bit small however it is more than enough for two people for a two-night stay. We managed just fine. The staircase is also a bit narrow and the steps are quite high, however, we were on the first floor and did not have any trouble going up and down the stairs. Everything else was excellent!

Great location. Mario was really helpful to our queries. Bed was comfortable.

The room was REALLY small, felt like it should just be for 1. We are 2 regular Asian sized girls and it was hard to move around the room. Can’t imagine if it’s 2 guys. The fridge was not working well and everything we left in the fridge had gone bad. Also the toilet shower door doesn’t close well, the whole toilet is wet after showering.

It was in the middle of the old town.

The room was very small. A bit expensive for the small size of this room. There was a stool that we had to put out in the hallway because we couldn't get round the bed. ( We did put this back )

right in the heart!

Small but very central.

You will need earplugs as the pedestrian noise from the street can be disruptive.
