Very very small room but we only stayed 1 night which worked well

Great downtown location, perfect for exploring the town. The place has two levels and good air conditioning, which was much appreciated. The kitchen is basic but you don’t really need it — there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 2-minute walk. It was clean and the hosts communicated well. Lovely spot overall!

Very cold, air con but no heating. Put all the spare towels over the bed to try and get warm. Shower needs attention, falls down when used. Very well appointed small room.

The room is a bit small however it is more than enough for two people for a two-night stay. We managed just fine. The staircase is also a bit narrow and the steps are quite high, however, we were on the first floor and did not have any trouble going up and down the stairs. Everything else was excellent!

The location was perfect. As Split is not the cheapest city, the amount paid for this accommodation was incredibly reasonable. Towels were available in a cabinet in the stairway, where we could take new towels and put the dirty ones so as not to take up extra space in the room. The owner was also very hospitable. Self-check-in and self-check-out make the process easier. The AC in the room was also very good and needed as Split during early September is very hot!

The room was very small. A bit expensive for the small size of this room. There was a stool that we had to put out in the hallway because we couldn't get round the bed. ( We did put this back )

Double room was a great size for one person but could be considered a little small for couples if staying for more than one night.

Great central location and area was friendly and safe. Bed was very comfortable. Compact room but everything was well arranged and organised. Easy key access when arriving and leaving. Small fridge outside room was enough. Old town map easily available.

The property had an excellent location & had everything we needed for a quick x1 night stay. The room is VERY small. So any longer and the room is more suited probably to a single traveller.

The stairs! Narrow and steep, not easy to carry your luggage . But, I understand this is normal in these types of accommodation.

Lovely modern clean accommodation. Nice to have bedroom on 2nd floor, giving some separation to that space from living space. Close to supermarket, easy to grab a few things for breakfast.

The room was very small- smaller than expected so it made it a little difficult with a large 23kg suitcase even though there’s storage under the bed.

The location was perfect, couldn’t be more central in old town and near the ferry ports. The room was clean and easy to walk to from the bus stop.
