Very neat. We were pleased to stay in the old part of town. The interior is very luxurious with a small balcony. Also a great shower and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We had easy access when we checked in. Had some online guidance and we were helped very well and neatly. Compliments to the host and the cook for breakfast for giving us all the opportunities to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. Great airconditioning during very hot weather. It was easier to find than we expected.

The sink was partially blocked and the plumbing (under the sink) was leaking. The shutters from the roof window wouldn't close all the way, so the room was pretty bright at night. It was a bit annoying for somebody like us who couldn't sleep unless a room is pitch black(luckily I had a black shirt with me to cover my eyes).

Communication with the host, Goran was straight forward and clear. The room is located about 5 mins walk to the center. There's a small grocery store and laundry/ pressing about 20 meters away which is very handy. A rich breakfast is served in a small restaurant just around the corner, it definitely exceeds our expectation. The room is smaller than we thought but is very well decorated.

Bit on the small side but I think that’s common for Split

Lovely little apartment with high quality furnishings, walking distance to everything you need in Split. Breakfast of eggs or omelets across the road was delicious and it was more than we expected. Communication was really easy with the owner through WhatsApp and the self check-in process was straight forward.

Breakfast at the small Café around the corner was our first highlight of the day. Transfer from Airport to Apartment was superb organised with some free advice for dinner locations and where to go in Split. It was such a good time at Lamenta, can only recommend!

The room is quite small if you’re girls that have to go up flights of stairs with 4 suitcases. Not enough toilet paper. Water temperature for shower went ice cold and couldn’t change it. We asked if we could leave our room later and was told yes than last minute told we had to leave and their mind was changed.

It was in a good location to access the areas we wanted to. Tv was great and bed was comfortable.

we personally prefer an in-person contact with the hosts, but as mentioned above, the communication over WhatsApp with Goran was clear and smooth. we easily found the rooms and managed to self-check in.

Interior design is very curated and harmonious. the room is a bit tiny, but for a couple of days is more than enough. Very rich breakfast included in the price, and the waiter of the Trattoria Tinel was extremely friendly and accommodating! finally, smooth communication with the room host.

Split has lots of hills so expect staircases. This one had outside staircase- not too bad. Plus inside staircase that had a turn and limited handrail- hard to drag up luggage

The property was luxurious with all the amenities and the location was amazing. It was near supermarket, restaurant, hair salon, bus and taxi stop and of course the city center

Everything was good.

The room was clean and comfy with good internet connection. It is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the main areas of Split Riva. There is no reception, but we had contact with them via Whatsapp, a bit unusual but it worked ok for us. They answered any questions we had. Breakfast was served in a resturant, a 3 minute walk from the room, cold meat, cheese, and fried eggs, breads and coffee. On the mornings we had early trips, we asked the evening before and they were happy to make up takeaway breakfast for us.

The self check-in was not ideal. There’s too much information to take in while speaking on the phone to our host, carrying luggage, etc. Also, our host did not deal with a request for a slightly earlier check-in. We just needed a “yes” or “no”, no answer is not satisfactory. The room is rather compact for two people and their luggage; with very limited storage.

Location in the Old Town. The room is nicely decorated. The fridge, air-con, hot water/shower are very good. it’s also quite peaceful and we really didn’t hear other guests which some reviewers mentioned.

Although we had forgotten upfront to confirm our arrival time, the host reacted quickly through the app, even at 23.00, with the information needed to enter the apartment. Location is close to the city center, but still in a quiet place.

Breakfast was basic and same every day. Information guide would have been helpful i:e where to find breakfast location and how to operate TV. Asked for extra pillows and to borrow an iron but was told this is not a hotel and what's in the room is all we have!. Can hear other guests in the room next door! Unfortunately suggestions and remarks from previous guests have not been listened to.

Everything was great!

We had a great time, it's such a lovely apartment. Very quiet but the centre is still so close, you can walk everywhere. It was amazing! The bed is so comfy, and everything is perfectly clean, there is also a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast we got in the Restaurant was also great, it was a nice way to start our days. The communication with our host, Goran was easy and he was very helpful. Thank you for having us!
