The most amazing apartment and host! The location is really great, nice and quiet area but close to the beach and old town. The host offered some lovely touches to the property, including a welcome pack explaining nearby attractions and food. The apartment is gorgeous and has everything you need, it also feels very secure which is always a nice bonus!

There was a lot of space and the property was decorated very nicely with candles and a vanity. It was also in a very good location with clubs and a beach very close by honestly so so lovely.

The apartment was extremely well appointed and had great appliances. No iron when we arrived but the hostess provided one immediately when asked.

Absolutely nothing.

The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities we needed, from fast Wi-Fi to a fully stocked kitchen. Our host Laura went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, offering great local recommendations and always being quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, this apartment exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone visiting Split. It’s an absolute gem!

Nothing really, had issue with the wifi but was fixed. The listing said parking but it is actually street parking and can get difficult at times.

The decor , well equipped, friendly and very responsive, helpful and courteous hosts. Location is excellent. We will come again.

For those who drive, you might need to spend some time looking for a parking space (which could be at the neighbouring streets). Not a big issue for us.

Very new and clean apartment. Walk to/from the old city/ferry pier is comfortable and decent (around 15 minutes of walk). We had a great stay at the place and will consider coming back in case we visit Split again!

The only small problem is that the space was divided using plasterboard walls. The appartment above is not divided and when a person walks there, the tiny cyclic deflections of the floor moves with the plasterboard walls and this produces a soft scrape noise.

Very modern equipment, freshly renovated appartment, very punctual. The location is just great: green streets made of villas, close to the beaches and the city centre. I would definitely pick this place again.

Living in this apartment was one pleasure! We spent 11 wonderful days and would like to stay longer! The apartment is completely new, with modern renovations, bright and very cozy. The accommodation significantly improved the availability of all things necessary for life. In the apartment there were towels, and all the necessary dishes, and soap, and shampoo, and toilet paper. The owner also pleased us with small presents, left a guide. We needed a teapot, at our request it was brought under the door in literally 15 minutes. We admire the service! The apartment is quiet, beautiful view from the window to the fruit trees and houses in the local style. If you do not like the sound of the cicadas, then the shutters perfectly cope with it, and the air conditioner is good to cool the room if you do not want to open the windows. Quite near, just four minutes walk away is 2 beaches( stone and sand), but we found for ourselves our favorite little(minutes 8) sand beach, around scenic views and vegetation. The store is also very close by, it has a large choice, as there is a stall with vegetables and fruits and a bakery with delicious bread and pastries. Another big plus is the close location of the old town, went there almost every evening (+-15 minutes). There is a railway and a ferry nearby, but they are not heard at all. Close to a major shopping mall. If you rent a car like we did, it’s only 12 minutes away. Very convenient location, silence, nice beach, beautiful place, new and very comfortable apartment. We gladly advise you to stay in this wonderful place! After it the best experiences!

Nothing to say… all was just fantastic.

Very beautiful, modern apartment. We found everything what we needed. 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 10 to city centre. We enjoyed our stay very much. Felt like home, apartment is very clean and good equipped. Laura was very helpful with everything. I liked the paper guid what she prepared for the guest. One of my best experience with renting apartment. Looking forward to be back.

Towels were stained and so was the sheet on the sofa. The host brought towels when asked so that was appreciated. The cleaning staff needs to make sure the place is spotless - no stains on towels or sheets please.

Location is terrific. Check in easy via door code. Lovely staff, helpful and responsive.
