If the weather is bad and there is no opportunity to go outside, there is no entertainment at all.

not bad at all, the staff is friendly and polite, most speak English and German, the food is good, but after five days it's a bit monotonous. The impressions are good. The sea is very close. The pool is great. We had to struggle with parking and find a place. And the weather let us down. It rained for two days. The biggest disappointment is the road through Slovenia! Traffic jams and traffic jams! Horrible!

Outdated furniture/decor/room set up. This hotel still uses a regular key system. The shower tiles screamed 1970 and the shower itself was very tiny with a sliding door basically hugging your body. Too many guests with dogs. Too many guests allowed to smoke around the entire property. Parking is a nightmare!

All the areas like Pool, Mini Golf, Restaurants, and Dining rooms etc., were kept up well and were exceptionally clean. Overall clean hotel!

It was great value for money although rooms were really small but that totally accetable in 3 stars hotel for great price.

I really like the services they provide and staff is super friendly and nice. Location is amazing close to city center of Novigrad. Great value for money. They have exceptional food at breakfast and dinners as well.

- drinks and a lot of stuff not included in the price during summer for the half board. Would be nice to at least have free water. - rooms are a bit retro, would be nice to renovate or modernize a bit. - curtains do not keep the light out. - AC is not very strong. - food selection could have been a bit more diverse during dinners. - no minibar in room. - gift shop could use more items

small room but with a balcony - useful. Even though we booked a king size bed, we got 2 small ones who were crawling apart the whole time.

Lots of choise for breakfast and dinner. The beach is a few steps away from the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly. We realy liked fun room in the lobby of the hotel.

1. The bathroom in the room is terribly small, especially the shower, in which you can barely move, especially if you are taller, you have no chance of taking a normal shower. 2. The lamps above the bedside tables next to the bed are a real danger of cutting your hand while you sleep. They simply have a square glass used as a screen in front of the bulb and which is very sharp and cutting at the corners. We personally put a towel over this glass so that there is no risk of cutting our hand in case you reach out in your sleep and maybe accidentally hit this glass. The worst possible invention for a bedside lamp in the bedroom.

Quite ok, for the price paid withvery good food and good location.

The location and food and price were great!! Our room was quite small. We had to stow Our luggage under the bed. Also we were not aware that at this time of the year the hotel would be full (!) of school children and teenagers. Lastly, using the wellness at the bigger hotel is very expensive. On the positive side again, the staff was very friendly!

Very polite and helpful staff, big hotel with own parking and good price (3 euro per day), very good breakfast with good choice of food, clean room, fast WiFi connection with no issues in work, lot of space around to walk and enjoy seaside.
