We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaThe room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. It had air conditioning as well. The staff were lovely and welcoming, very heartwarming. Their pool and lounge area was great for a quick swim and sunbathing during the day. It is also in close proximity to the beach, store and even restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Punat!

CroatiaThe hosts, as well as the staff, are very polite and kind - they always greet you with a smile. The rooms are extremely clean and well equipped, and the cleaning lady checks on you every day to see if you need anything (like toilet paper, towels, or just to throw out any trash). The garden with the pool is our favourite feature. It is great to swim and catch some sun during the day, or to simply relax in the evening. There is a great variety of breakfast options, and the food is tasty. The location of the property is great. It is close to the beach, as well as close to the festival we were attending.

SlovakiaSound isolation is low, you can hear everything from corridor loudly. So if you want to sleep longer than till 7-8 am, this hotel is maybe not for you.
Nice and clean room with great sea view balcony. Convenient free parking right at the site. Brilliant staff and owners - smiley and laidback, yet really helpful and attentive. Awesome pool oasis area. Actually.... whole place (hotel from outside, outdoor sitting area etc) looks wonderful and unique in a way. Also breakfast was really good. From dozens of accomodations Ive had in Croatia, this was one of the biggest surprise for me!

SlovakiaRoom was very small there was no place to put your belonings- no shelfs, hangs, the same in the bathroom. I just literally had to put wet clothes to the closet or we just had whole bed and one chair full of clothes…In the bathroom, there was no sink stopper so we were unable to wash our swimwear standardly (never experienced such thing).So generally I would recommend b&b for younger people who are happy anywhere with no specific space requirements…
B&B located in quit calm area, surrounded by nice garden and with good breakfast-wide range of meals and surprisingly fine coffee.

Very nice, clean, comfortable... appartment hotel, that certainly deserves evaluation between very good to excelent. Hotel has a big and safe private parking. Very friendly staff. Rich and tastefull breakfast. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

The woman was very nice to give us tips about the neighbourhood and arounding. And asked us after how it was. She had the time to talk, there was no rush. Also the balcony was really big, so you can really enjoy to sit there.

CroatiaThe squeakiest and loudest bed we have ever slept in - we've slept really bad. No fridge in the room - small fridge for 4 rooms, owner removes guest’s food from the fridge in front of other guests telling that they are not allowed to keep food there. Room size - hard to move in there. Rooms are not noise and light isolated with the hall - you can hear everyone walking by and see the light - one night other guests were coming back at 3 a.m. and woke us up. Hotel is not 400m from the beach - closest beach is 10 min by foot or around 800m. Road where hotel is located is not pedestrian friendly - you need to go by car everywhere. No view from the room. Overpriced, considering what it offers - we came here for the sea and the pool they offer cannot justify the price. Breakfast is not that tasty or versatile. For example, plant milk offered only once in a couple of days we have been there. I've seen some mentions of tasty croissants, but I guess they are not offered anymore. Other food is just okay. Not given receipt for paid dog stay and they accept only cash. Arriving earlier taken badly - so far every host has been really welcoming, but this one was hostile towards us arriving early and that we just wanted to see if there will be option for earlier check in, without any obligation. Host didn't even ask us how we've liked our stay and didn't request any feedback, just asked for the money for dog stay.
Room was extremely clean. They allow pets. Big car parking.

NetherlandsIt is a bit noisy. We heard multiple alarms during our stay from rooms around us. Also, we had some problems with the bed. Luckily enough, that was fixed by the staff (thanks for that!)
Nice stay to explore this part of the island (Krk, Vbrnik). The swimming pool is great to have some relax time instead of going to the beach. Staff is very kind.
