Very friendly and attentive staff, great location in the old town of Labin, super clean and nice room (even though on the smaller side), very generous breakfast. Beautiful beaches nearby.

Everything was fine. The only remark is for those who have problems with climbing stairs -- this is an old historic building and therefore there is no elevator.

The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect. The veiw from the terrace where we had breakfast was abosolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and if we decide to visit Labin in the future we will definitely book this hotel again.

Our room (10) was next to the side entrance which was a bit noisy due to the broken door.

Nice clean room, very large, comfy bathroom with large shower. Comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast is served by Senija (no buffet). Loved her hospitality and recommendations. Felt like visiting friends!

We loved everything from start to the end. We had good communication with the staff. We want to thanks, especially, Mensura who has been the best host ever. She gave us tips with a good enthusiasm and she was really caring! If I were her boss I would give her a raise! I think she deserves it, she’s good at her job and do it really well even during a festival in the city 😊The hotel is really clean and confortable and we good breakfast! We recommand it! The room just felt slightly small and there was only one big blanket instead of two. We checked in late so I guess we could have asked for another if we arrived earlier. The bed also wasnt completely straight, there was a small "channel" so you had to lie directly there so you felt a slight tilt. The water in the shower was not draining well.

Breakfast was nice, got offered pancakes and coffee by a very friendly staff member who also helped us out when we had to leave a day early. She contacted booking to change our stay from 2 nights to one night, which I really appreciated. Location is nice, right in the center of the old part of town. Room looked nice as did the other areas, with a nice terrace in the back with a view of the sea.

We were by motorbike, so it was an easy parking, but with car it could be more difficult.

Excellent location, at the edge of the old town of Labin, the middle of the old city and all restaurants are within 5 min walking distance. The view from the terraace (where you eat your breakfast) is fabolous (to the surrounded are including the Adriatic sea). The staff is very helpful, she was fantastic. The room size is smaller than an average hotel room, but we knew it beacuse the information is correct in the database. The breakfast is continental, but there was cheese, jam, ham, boiled egg, yoghurt, fruit, tea, coffee, orange juice and we got omlette as well. The few hundreds yrs old building was renovated few yrs age so it is really a cozy place.
