Not elevator , so be prepared with big luggage’s. I didn’t bother but if you are noisy sensitive , get earplugs for the night :) mostly on weekends.

Is great located , next to the see and in the Main shopping street ( this means is closer to get everywhere , but is a little noisy at night) very well renovate , and the staff was very friendly

It’s good to know in advance that there are two flights of stairs, which can be a bit challenging if you’re carrying heavy luggage. And, since it’s in Old Town, there can be some noise at night—there’s a nightclub across the street, but after midnight the music quiets down a lot. Thankfully, the soundproof windows help a great deal. The apartment itself is compact, but it has everything you need.

The room looks newly renovated, everything feels fresh, modern, and of great quality. The little touches and amenities provided—like beach towels, espresso coffee, and a towel heater—were so thoughtful and made our stay extra comfortable. Gabi, who welcomed us, was wonderful—so kind, and full of great tips about amazing spots nearby (and always ready to assist with anything through WhatsApp!). The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in Old Town.

We rented three rooms for three couples during our visit to Split, and the apartment was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to suit all of us. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with great hosts and a fantastic location in Split, this is the spot!

Check in process could have been a little bit smoother, but this was resolved really quickly and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Great location, really good value for money and a lovely space to stay for a few days. The interior is very modern and the entrance way always smelt incredible when we returned from being out.

Check-out was very early at 10am. The cleaners practically wake you up with the noise. The insolation of the place were not very good. I could hear my neighbours coming etc.

The place is central and well suited for a stay of several days. Right in the centre and close to everything. We really liked that everything was accessible and we could find everything easily. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

the location is in centralized location of old town split. just steps away from Diocletian's Palace, so it very convenient to walk around the town in the mornings. one of the room's A/C was accidently broken, host and staffs were quickly responded and helped us to fix the issue with alternative solutions. big thanks to their help and to the alternative host.

Hard to find the property initially.

Really fantastic rooms in a charming old building on the main street in the old town of Split. It was hard to find initially, but relieved to have found the location after a very hot day. The rooms are great, and the location brilliant with everything in the old town never more than 7 minutes away. Split was very busy, but the room was an Oasis from the town after being out for a few hours.

Super luxurious with automated curtains and heated towel rack. Room was on the smaller side but had all necessities. Loved the complimentary mini fridge stocked with drinks!

Nothing! Due to its central and excellent location it can get a bit loud at night but that’s to be expected and goes with the vibe. It would be hard to stay here if you have mobility problems as there is no lift.

This property was fantastic! It's right in the centre of Split which made it really easy to get to different locations we wanted to visit. Even though it's in the centre we didn't experience much noise at all which was very positive.

There is no elevator which is common in old cities of Europe. The stairs were manageable and our host helped with the bags.

On several nights there was loud music between about 10pm and 2am from one of the neighbourhood bars or clubs; it didn’t disturb me too much as the sound level in the room was not too bad, but it would have been better if the local property owners could pressure the responsible parties to reduce the noise levels as the volume is unnecessarily loud.

Good location close to the sea front and old Palace. Welcoming staff. Rooms are on the second floor- there doesn’t appear to be a lift/elevator; which might be a problem if some people.
