I don' t like the room,everything in the room was old ,the hotel is not 4 stars,almost 3 stars,the balcony was next to each other,you had no privacy.the cleaning staff were talking loudly in the hallway in the morning.It is not ok for guest,we came. relax.We have to pay for parking,We stay in Split and in Podgora and we don't pay for parking.

There WiFi connection was just terrible. Bed was a bit too hard and uncomfortable.

The location of a hotel was great and easy to find. Food was excellent, although breakfast could be improved in terms of selection and diversity of options available. All the hotel stuff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the city center with restaurants as well as the beaches. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. Very friendly staff.

A hotel in the middle of the action in a small, nice town that offers plenty of opportunities for rest and relaxation. Nice staff, decent food.

Biograd seems to be low budget oriented, so didn't like that beaches and town are overcrowded, too many cheap shops along the beach, presentation of cafes, type of food offered etc, the cafe infront of hotel i.e. pool area was the only area where we felt pleasant and conformtable to spend time, in terms of offer, music and overall feeling the destination seems to be stuck in the 1990's

Everything is good value for money, food was great and exceeded our expectations, room was clean, some staff members were very warm and welcoming

Wifi very slow and block vpn which cause problems with remote office work.

Location, distance, staff. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Staff very friendly and open to questions.

The rooms were old and small. Especially for 200 a night i was expecting more. If you compare it to Dutch standards. You will stay in a luxury van der Valk for the same price.

Breakfast was good. A lot of fresh things. And a lot of fruit. The pancake machine is very nice in combination with the caramel sauce.

No balcony - which was my mistake as I thought the photo was of a balcony so should have checked the room info properly but the city view was actually a car park view and the hotel was full so I couldn’t upgrade the room. Room wasn’t very clean either and shower was a little bit erratic.

Location was great and the fact you can use the facilities at the other sister hotels that are both really close. Good choice of food at breakfast. Sea view rooms looked amazing.

The internet is terrible. I was on the top floor and sometimes I was losing connectivity every few minutes. It was very frustrating. I also didn't like the fact that the lifts are small and the doors close too quickly. I am a wheekchair user and the doors often tried to close on me as I was wheeling myself out of the lift. Finally, I would have appreciated a few more television channels. They were quite limited.

The location of the hotel is fantastic; it's very central and everything is close by. The food was lovely and there was always a good selection, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff were very pleasant and professional, and the atmosphere in the hotel always felt very calm, even though there were many guests.

Extremely unstable internet connection. No possibility to book a parking lot. Same breakfast menu daily. Pillows and mattress could be softer.

Great location, personnel and air conditioning. If you want to relax, order massage - I fell asleep several times during a session.
