The building has beautiful potential but rooms must be renewed (mould in the bathroom and smashed mattress making bed boarded. The staff is however doing an amazing job to compensate and make you feel welcome (we were offered buffet dinner, very much appreciated after a long day on the ferry).

Location is strategic, close to the bus stop #4 that takes 15 min to dubrovnik old town, and to the beach for a bath after walking

Bathroom/ shower in the hotel room was pretty small and basic.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location next to the beach which gets amazing sunsets. It is easy to get to Dubrovnik old town from this area using the bus/taxi or a decent walk if it’s not too hot. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and it was lovely to have use of the pool. Would definitely choose this again for a relaxing stay in Dubrovnik!

Reception staff could be more friendly

The hotel was in a good location with a beach across the road and a strip of restaurants and bar a 3 min walk away. The lady who cleaned our room every day was lovely so helpful.

Small room, not much space. No free tea and coffee. No fridge.

Great location. Right next to the beach and a bus stop, from where the bus goes to the very center. Nearby is a Tommy hypermarket with food. There is also a souvenir shop nearby, where you can buy gifts for your relatives. Clean large beach. The hotel has its own pool. Breakfast buffet. Tasty and varied enough for a diverse audience. The room was small, the furniture and carpet are a bit outdated. Among the pluses is a small spray bottle. Ours had a view of the sea and the pool, a beautiful view from the window.

We were in the Annex building which had no lifts meaning we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. We were helped taking our luggage up to the room but we were not able to wait for help when leaving so had to bring heavy bags down all those stairs ourselves Also on the first night the shower head flew off literally and soaked the entire bathroom. After this, we had to be very mindful about how we turned it on, being aware of water pressure which was not ideal

there should be fridges in the rooms (especially during summer), there was not any net for windows and bugs / flies went inside our room.

The breakfast buffet was adequate with different options everyday, the rooms were clean, the hotel is just 2 minutes away to the sea. The bus stop to the old town is just around the corner of the hotel.

There could’ve been a few more options for the half board evening meal and it would’ve been nice to have had a fridge or tea making facilities in the room, but overall had a great experience at this hotel.

Perfect location, just a two minute walk to the main beach and coastal path with lots of swimming spots nearby too. The main bus stop to Dubrovnik Old Town is also close by. The room was clean, and breakfast was great!

The food was very good, and the location excellent. Maybe it's time to update a little. The towels in the bathroom were a bit dreary as were the bedspreads. Otherwise, we loved it and would stay again.

The original building has very dated, dark rooms, but we were offered a room in the annexe which was much brighter & felt more comfortable. Pool towels were scarce so I’d recommend you take your own, which is better for the beach anyway. We had 3 rooms and there was a mix up with our daughter’s rooms but Ana on Reception did sort them out, when it was apparent a bed for the 3 year old wasn’t included in the correct room! Thank you Ana.

Great location for Sunset Beach Lapad & on the Number 4 bus route to Pila (Gate) Old Town. (€2.50 each way/adult). All the staff were very friendly & helpful, and the Waiting Staff in the restaurant were brilliant with our 3 year old & 6 month old grandchildren, & Zoran went beyond singing songs for them!🤣 Plenty of towels for the bathroom. Half board bases, the food was tasty but my preference is for food to be hotter than warm. A very good 3 star hotel!

The bed was not comfortable, on one side of the bed it was kind of broken.

The location of the property was very good, close to the beach. The staff was amazing and so kind in the restaurant, breakfast and at the bar. The cleaning staff was very kind and professional as well.

Lack of supervision of pool rules. A large group of late teens/early twenties were somersaulting in, had lilos in the small pool. throwing a hard football around and being loud and intimidating (every day - all day). Not nice - especially for young families as the pool is not large. An hourly check by staff could stop some of this and make it a nicer stay for guests, unless you are trying to attract the 18-30 party demographic ?

Clean rooms. Attentive restaurant manager - made a real effort.

The decor is a bit tired. Pool side sun loungers did not fully recline. No elevator.
