Everything was perfect

One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed and by far the best hosts I have ever stayed with. Marco especially was absolutely perfect. Happy to go above and beyond in every aspect. The rooms were lovely with nice bathroom and the restaurant is also amazing. I would recommend this accommodation to everybody I know. Location is slightly outside of the split city centre which is very nice, quiet and relaxing with a choice of restaurants nearby and beaches

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent with many options and you never walked away feeling hungry. Marko and his family are extremely service-minded and generous and will do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant experience. The location is nice and quiet and perfect for anyone that does not want the loudness and crowds of central Split but still be in close proximity via an uber or bus. We are very happy with our choice of staying at Kaša Hotel and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Split.

The Room: Modern, spacious, beautifully decorated, and it came with a large balcony—just perfect. The Host: Marko is an outstanding host. From the moment he greeted us in the parking lot, gave us a full tour, and made sure we had everything we needed, to the morning we left early—he even packed us a takeaway breakfast, despite it being before regular breakfast hours. He also gave us great recommendations for activities, dinner spots, bars, parking, and which roads to avoid—super helpful and kind throughout our stay. The Location: Just about 10 minutes from a beautiful, cozy beach, and around 5 minutes to the lively seafront area with restaurants and bars. The Restaurant: Absolutely worth dining at their own restaurant, Kasa Grill. The food was delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Breakfast: Every morning we were served a 3-course breakfast that included everything we could possibly want. We had fruit salad to start, omelets for the main course, and pancakes for dessert. We stayed full for hours and didn’t need lunch until around 3 PM after spending the day at the beach. Highly recommended—we would return in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Kasa Family Hotel in Split for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The place is clean, cozy. Marko and his family were incredibly kind and helpful—from meeting us on arrival to offering beach gear and even cooking us fries late at night! Great location near a beautiful beach and port, delicious food (highly recommend the steak and chicken salad), and amazing hospitality. Would definitely come back!

The accommodations were spotless, stylish, and comfortable, and the food—wow! The breakfast and dinner at KASA Homes are hands down the best in town. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and served with care. You can really tell that Marco and his family put their heart into everything they do. The rooms were spacious and of a high quality. It was great having the balcony to be able to sit in the sun. Now for really exceptional part of the hotel the 2 brothers, Stephan and Marko were outstanding, so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble from the pick up from the airport to the end of the holiday. Marko was a mine of information and helped when booking venues and the hire car which we had for the week. Stephan equally was just as helpful and friendly and we had many interesting conversations about the history of his country. Don’t forget Stephan (Mate) look us up if you ever get over to the UK. All in all an exceptionaly outstanding stay. Thank you Stephan, Marko, Ivan and Ella for making our stay in your country so special.

This was a fantastic stay because the staff went above and beyond the expected each and every day. The food in the grill restaurant on site was delicious, as we ate all our dinners there, and the breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice and variety. Would give this stay a definite two thumbs up and hope to return. The staff in particular was wonderful – Marko and Stefan were very pleasant, always anxious to provide any assistance, spoke excellent English, and gave numerous tips as to what to do to maximize our enjoyment of this holiday. We would love to stay here again!

I wonder where to start, I could write „Super” and „The best”, but that would mean shortchanging this place and the attitude of the staff, and especially Marko and their family guesthouse. It deserves the best review we've ever written. Very kind and excellent welcome refreshments, including coffee. The accommodation is wonderful, very tastefully and practically furnished, cleanliness is a matter of course here. The balcony and the very spacious and sunny bathroom literally took my breath away. We have not encountered Marko's approach anywhere. From the beginning of the stay to the end, helpful and his interest in our satisfaction was reflected in everything. The family guesthouse also has a restaurant where they cook excellently. They will prepare a great breakfast according to your wishes and serve you (Greetings to mom and her fluffy pancakes😊). Marko, thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to picturesque Stobreč!!

I had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like at home. The à la carte breakfasts were delicious and exceeded our expectations in the morning. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Things I didn’t like? Absolutely nothing. The property was simply perfect.

The property is located at around 10-15 minutes by car (or Uber, my partner and I used Uber to move around ) from Split, so it’s not complicated to get to the city center. Really close to the beach, only 7 minutes walking from the property. The neighbourhood was really cozy and peaceful, perfect for families with kids. The room was simply beautiful , very clean and from the balcony we could see the sunset. Spectacular. Breakfast was from 7:00 to 10:00 AM and you have plenty of choice of what you want to eat and drink. Marko , his brother and the whole family are the owners of the property. Since the moment we arrived, they treated us as if we were part of his family. They were polite, professional, always with the answer to all our questions and always ready to help in case of need and with the solution to all the problems. Top Level. My partner and I will come back again 101%, this place is really worth it!! Thank you very much Marko, we will see you soon !! 🇭🇷🫶🏻
