Apartment is so beautiful, spacious and equiped with everything you might need and the owner was very nice and helpfull with everything. The bed, the sofa, the chairs on the balcony are really comfortable. Wifi is also great. It was very quiet during the day and at night as well. The house is a bit uphill but nothing too scary, it's 5 min walk to the nearest small beach, and 5 min walk to the ferry and city center, with the local store just across the street. The beautiful beach Pokonji dol with beach bar and restaurant is 15-30 min walk, depending which way you choose to get there. We decided to leave car in Zagreb, so Hvar was both great experience and exercise.

Apartment was beautiful, great location very close to the centre, an easy walk in daily, and right opposite a supermarket. Most importantly Leon and family were so kind and helpful with recommendations and made us feel very welcome!

Memory foam bed - most people will find it comfortable but my partner has a bad back and prefers harder mattresses. We had plenty of spare blankets to make a bed for him on the sofa and on the floor.

Lovely apartment and large terrace. We made a last minute booking, the evening before checking in. Even with the short notice the communication was great and they had availability for us to check in slightly early. Very helpful, super clean apartment with good AC and super shower. 10 min walk uphill, but if you don’t have any injuries, it is easy to walk. The entire island is uphill so not so different to walking around the town. We had a lovely stay and great value for money.

Vesna and Leon were great. They provided so many tips and were super accommodating. Apartment is in great location, short walk to town with a little incline. Beach is also 15min away. There is a supermarket just opposite the house which was super convenient. Apartment was clean and we had all that we needed. Vesna also brought in a pair of fresh towels after few days. I would recommend this place.

It's a little bit uphill from the city centre, but for us no problem at all. And in Hvar you are either in the busy center, or uphill outside the center with a view and we much prefer the latter! :)

We had a wonderful stay here! New, spacious and clean apartment, with very comfortable bed and shower. The balcony was very nice as well, there was always enough shade but also sun for those who prefer that! Very nice hosts who had great tips for Hvar and surroundings.

This apartment is located beautifully overlooking the sea, just a short walk from the harbor. Everything was so clean and comfortable. With ac in both the living room space and the bedroom, which was great as the weather was up to 38 degrees when we were there. Leon and his mother greeted us upon arrival and made sure we settled in okay. We also got some recommendations about the area and islands to visit. There is a little supermarket just across the street, plus two more just a short walk down towards the football field. We would 100% recommend staying here, if you are to stay in Hvar. The apartment is located up the hill, so it’s a good exercise walking to and from the city, but nothing crazy. There is also peace and quiet, which is lovely during the evening, sitting on the balcony enjoying the warm summer nights. Leon’s mother often said Hi and asked if everything was okay, it felt very safe and nice. They were both very helpful and friendly. We walked a lot to the beaches near, but can also recommend taking taxi boats to some more remote islands or renting a boat and going yourselves. This vacation was so lovely and we really enjoyed staying at this apartment. 10/10 recommendations to book your stay here.

You can only have a max of 2 people, so if you think you can have a third on the couch, it’s not possible.

Location was great, be mindful when you coming from the port, if you have heavy bags, it’s a bit of an incline.. otherwise grab a taxi there.

The place and location are great, it is only a 10min walk from the ferry drop off point. The balcony has a very nice view. Leon has been a great help and very responsive through the booking app (in English), throughout our stay, with excellent suggestions of things to do locally. We met his mum who was wonderful with us, gave us additional beach towels and a nice lavender wrapped-up like present when we left. Highly recommend!!

Everything about this property is fantastic! The hosts are incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly. The apartment itself is kitted out with everything you could need for a short stay (coffee machine, large fridge and freezer, pots & pans, plenty of cutlery) and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Everything feels fresh and brand new and the apartment itself was totally spotless when we arrived. We could tell from the pictures that the apartment would be nice, but we were completely blown away in reality. The location is great - within a 10 minute walk you are in the centre of all the action in Hvar and also very near the beach. There is also a small supermarket right across the road which is perfect for picking up the essentials. If we go back to Hvar in the future, we will definitely be booking again. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

This property exceeded our expectations! The family that owns the property were simply amazing, from the personalised messages we got from Leon before we arrived (not the AI messages that are usually sent) to the little bag of lavender the lady of the house gave us before we left .. these personalised touches made our stay even more special! The apartment itself is a beautiful five minute walk from the port and the centre of Hvar, it has everything you could want or need .. there is a shop across the road too for supplies . The bathroom is spotless and the shower is hot and strong! Great air-con - the bed is so comfortable too ! Just everything was so perfect and it’s lovely to sit on the balcony and relax - it’s a quiet and peaceful place and we will certainly be back again …. Sooner rather than later ! Thanks again to this family for their kindness and hospitality!

Location was absolutely amazing. Walking distance to absolutely everything! The view from the apartment was great and the place was very nice and clean with everything you need towels, iron, kitchen appliances etc. Leon was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful and looked out for us the entire trip! His mother was also wonderful to us and helped us with whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here! Very safe and well located area.
