Breakfast consisted of lots of options but there were lots of little flies on the cakes/fruit. Probably just needed some covering as it wasn’t the most appetising.

Excellent location - perfect position within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. Everything was close by but also not noisy.

WiFi was a little weak.

We had a modern room. Comfortable beds and a walk in shower. Best part of this hotel is the location. A staff member helped us carry our luggage when we left, down the stairs towards the port which was very helpful. Breakfast was good and you can eat outside which was nice.

The shower went from hot to cold a bit.

The staff are all super friendly and kind. The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was an absolute feast! Delicious and so much choice. Location is fantastic right in the heart of the Old city, but I didn't get disturbed by people on the streets at night which was good.

The rooms were pretty tired. Pillows were too thin and our fridge didn’t work. Breakfast was ordinary too. Wifi very poor too.

No major issue. Just that you have to remove the sink plug to get the water out.

Location is great, just in the heart of the Old town. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Room was more than comfortable. Wifi is working well. Good value for money.

Amazing location just in the middle of everything, it was bit tricky to reach it in a pedestrian area but close enough to where the car will drop you, just make sure you get direction from stuff and be ready for just on flight of stairs Room is big and comfortable

Extremely poor value for money, worse than London.

Location was perfect, next to the temple of Jupiter. Got a room upgrade, much appreciated. Only small maintenance issues. Breakfast buffet was OK.

My most recent visit, not so good. Room was large, but filled up with very bulky furniture that simply serves no purpose. Bathroom was oddly shaped with low jaggad ceilings, i had to crouch down in it to use it as did my much shorter wife. Must have hit my head going to the toilet 3 times. Shower head is at waist height, makes zero sense. Aircon non existant. Beds extremely overdue for a change, soft and sunk in. A simple vacuum couldnt hurt under them as well as the dust was thicker than the pillows provided. Very underwhelming.

Lucky dip when it comes to what room you get as they all differ in size and decor. In 2023 my room was exceptional with comfortable bed, it was clean, had a spacious bathroom with a great shower. Location is perfect, away from the noise yet still in the heart of old town. One particular lady at reception was very friendly and informative, had great conversation and was very accomodating.

The Wi-Fi was not working in our room very well, we wanted to catch up on the news, but the TV only had a few local channels, the front desk told us that our room will not have any other channels on our TV We asked to get a box breakfast since we had to leave on the boat tour before the breakfast was open, but all we got were two dry pieces of toast and a slice of ham in between. That’s a lost opportunity for someone who paid for breakfast that wasn’t open early enough. A hard boiled egg and orange and a croissant would done nicely and it’s so easy to make. Lost opportunity to buy the company Managing this hotel. This stuff was friendly and nice, but failed to provide adequate explanation pretty much about anything. They had a hard time explaining how to get to the bank. They did not explain how the fairies work so we ended up wasting a lot of time waiting for the ferry, even though we purchased tickets for the specific time.

This hotel is located right in the center of the palace, so the location is perfect. The rooms were quite nice and the breakfast was tasty.

The bath plug didn’t hold water in the bath and the shower holder over the bath was hanging from its bracket. The part had to be ordered so they upgraded us to a larger room with bath/jacuzzi separate shower and put a bottle of wine in the room for the inconvenience. It’s always how a hotel deals with problems that makes or breaks the experience and this made it and was dealt with professionally.

Right in the middle of the palace staying in amazing history all around - we were in a deluxe room elaborately decorated and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. If you want a totally different, historical experience we recommend this hotel.
