The staff are very friendly, specifically at the restaurant a lady saw that I was Muslim and explained to me the composition of each meal, it was much appreciated

The hotel is very comfortable clean and only a 3 min stop from the bus stop and restaurants The staff especially ivana were absolutely amazing One day our tour was leaving early and they opened the breakfast early for us The breakfast buffet was very good Our trip to Dubrovnik was awesome

Can’t say anything bad about the hotel. I personally do not like carpet floors in rooms… maybe they should have opted for hard floor there. Otherwise all good.

The newly refurbished rooms and facilities are nice to stay in, the balcony view from room 202 of the opposing mountain and town were nice too. Also the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of good protein options.

Double bed was 2 single beds out together in our case. Water pressure could be slightly stronger for my liking.

Friendly staff, really helpful with local tips regarding the area. Accessible location near bus stop straight to old town. Michelin guide restaurant nearby. Clean comforable room. Good breakfast!

Breakfast has a lot of choice but medium quality. 20mn by bus to Dubrovnik old town. The return is a bit more complicated to find where to stop.

Nice hotel on the bus line to go to old town. It seems to have been renovated recently . A parking is available to let the car.

We didn't have a problem, but some people may find the uphill climb of 5 mins a bit tiring, but it is a good work out 😉

We had a good stay at the hotel with my family, we got 2 adjacent rooms which was a plus. Comfortable and clean rooms, I was a bit worried reading some reviews but we had a enjoyable and relaxing 2 nights. The hotel is located in Lapad which is about 10mins bus ride to the centre, which is easily accessible by taking bus 6 which is very frequent every 10mins to Old town which is the heart of Dubrovnik and walking distance to lapad promenade and new sea port There are many super markets and bakeries if you want to grab some yummy Burek (personal favourite were the meat and potato) there is also Cheese

The location itself is easily accessible by public transport. The hotel was located on a fairly steep hill, so there was always a bit of a climb.

It would be nice if the hotel would be located in a more well-kept area, but that's not a fault of the hotel, but rather of the area. Overall - the location was fine.

Great hotel that exceeded our expectations. Breakfast had a wide selection for all tastes. There was even filtered coffee available, which was a great bonus for people who don't like machine coffee.
