We loved the whole stay.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. We selected the iNova because of its close location to the bus terminal. It was just over the road. We walked into the center of Zagreb in 15 minutes, but also took the tram in which was just across the street and really easy to use. The staff were incredible. Sven and the other staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Our rooms for our family of 6 were brilliant, and even joined. We had a great breakfast, including gluten free options and there was a supermarket just around the corner to buy supplies for our onward journey.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – “Immaculate stay in Zadar!” From the moment I arrived at Hotel iNova, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything I needed. The room was spotless—honestly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in—and had a fresh, modern design that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the main bus station and just a short walk to the old town and waterfront. It made getting around super convenient, especially with luggage. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary water on arrival.

I arrived late, so I didn't wake up for the breakfast. The overall rate of the hotel is super nice, clean, calm, although very close to the main road. Super close to the main bus station.

There isn't really anything that we didn't like about this place.

I like how from when you step in the door you are greeted with happy and friendly staff who are very helpful and kind, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need and they make sure if there is a problem they will sort it for you, me and my wife have been here alot of times and this is the only hotel we want to keep coming back.

The fridge in the room wasn't particularly good at keeping water in my water bottle cold but the staff were able to provide chilled water when needed. Although there's a selection of food at breakfast that would suit most people, I was disappointed that there were only 2 cereal options and I didn't like one of them. A minor point really but this is the only hotel I've been in that didn't have muesli as an option.

A small, new-ish hotel with all the facilities I would hope for. It's in an ideal location, across the street from the Central Bus Station where the bus from the airport arrives. Although it's close to a busy road during the day, the room was quiet. It was also spacious and comfortable. The weather was very hot and sunny so the air conditioning was needed. It was a complicated system and there were no written instructions but when the staff showed me how it worked, it was perfect. The staff were fantastic -so friendly and helpful - and all spoke good English.

The hotel is new and very clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming especially Angela! Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable (even the sofa bed). Very central, 5 tram stops to the city centre and the tram stop is right across from the hotel. Will definitely visit again.

We came from Budapest by bus. The hotel is just across the bus station which makes everything very convenient. The room is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The replied all our questions with patience. They also recommended a very nice restaurant nearby.

Breakfasts had a limited selection of food to choose from. Only paper cups in the room for tea, I prefer drinking tea from regular mugs.

We liked that hotel was located very close to the bus terminal and tram station, it was convenient to take us to the city center. The hotel is small but the staff is very helpful and pleasant. The staff helped us with getting a taxi to the airport to pick us up early in the morning.

Friendly staff, comfortable and perfectly clean rooms, great coffee with croissants on breakfast. I stayed in the hotel a couple of times during my trip because it’s near the bus station and slept better than any place although it’s near the road but maybe cozy atmosphere of the whole hotel dominates this only one drawback. The center is in walking distance
