Not a place for young kids as pool is a bit on the small and boring side and not warm enough even in mid summer so most people were just sun bathing outside. I was with older kids so was not a problem.

Absolutely loved our 5 nights stay at this brand new hotel. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were big, tidy and very comfortable. The staff couldn't be nicer. Location is amazing and so is the view from the rooms. Hotel's decor was beautiful. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Both restaurants service was very long, 90 minutes the first day at fenix to get the first plate delivered to us 40 minutes at the palm restaurant the next day Better to have a dinner downtown

The accommodation was exceptional, top quality furniture, all brand new, very good products in the room, AC was silent and effective, view was fantastic. Bed high quality and comfortable Breakfast top notch

Fantastic breakfast, decent gym with good machines, amazing & helpful staff. The room was sizable with a very comfortable bed and great view of the old town. The pool area was very well maintained with extremely comfortable sunbeds.

The pool area should not allow pets. Pets are nice, but it can be disturbing when a dog barks or touches the pool water. We stayed for 5 nights and did not have our bedsheets changed during our stay, even though the policy states that bedsheets are changed after 3 nights.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony - we appreciated the nice gesture. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, and the wellness area is great. The indoor pool with hot tub and the connecting glass door to the outdoor pool are a nice touch. The food from Fenix and Palm House restaurants was of a good standard.

A beautiful property, loved the location and the interior. The suite was exceptional. What we’ve liked the most was the staff - everyone from the reception desk, the spa personnel and the staff in the restaurant. Everyone was extremely accommodating and attentive, this is what tourism is about, the people. Thank you to everyone that made our stay amazing!

Great location, very clean. Nice pool, rooms, and spa facilities. At the end of the pier, there’s a red lighthouse. You can take a small orange boat across the water to the old town. It’s €2, quick, very easy, and will save you money on taxis or Ubers!!

The swimming pool area was very windy. This maybe because of it's location, being close to the sea and exposed.

Location was just outside the old town, but a boat is needed to cross the water, which is easy, cheap and crosses regularly

In my opinion staff is the weakest link. They do try hard and are kind and helpful, but they are just not up to the 5-star service (discussing their schedules, kitchen supplies, their personal matters… at momenta I felt I was in the staff meeting). Cleaning lady knocked and then entered the room right away without waiting. We were fast asleep and she woke us up. I have no idea why she entered. I just think this is unacceptable in an eetablishmet of this level.

Wonderful hotel, amazing design, very clean, loved the facilities, breakfast 10/10!! Rooms are big and clean, mattress in my opinion too hard, but that is a matter of personal preference!! Great location! Would come back any time!

Stunning hotel. Breakfast was amazing, lovely rooms and great service. The pool and spa areas are stunning. Fluffy towels and robes are provided. The bar has a great vibe. Staff are very attentive and ensure you have a great stay. Everything was perfect.

My only complaint was that we only hold one of the bed lights installed. It wasn’t a big deal or issue. Other than that it was a 9/10.

Loved the rooms. Very nice and clean. Especially the bathrooms. The restaurants in the hotel were awesome also.
