How clean it was and the location

Absolutely nothing everything was great

Amazing place, I’ve booked this for my parents and family and they were absolutely delighted with everything, host is great, cleanliness top notch, proximity to the beach! 10/10

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for three nights while in Tucepi and had a great experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and the AC was a huge plus in the heat!

Location is right on the main street near sea. Room was spotles, clean and fresh, even AC was on before our arrival. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived and we got candy, wine, beer and juice as a welcome gift. Rooms are better than in the pictures. On every floor there are flayers about Tucepi so you can explore. A lot of good restaurants are near by. Kebab was awsome. Olea pizzeria had great pizza, recommended. Our stay was paid via booking app, and no additional charges were applied. Car parking is availabe on location and its free. Google maps location was accurate. At the time of checkout (10 AM), no new guests were expected with the car so we were allowed to leave our car until 3PM so we could go swim for the last time. Highly recommended! Cudos to house keeper Ivo! Awsome guy!

The apartment is on the waterfront in the very center of Tučepi and just a step away from the central pedestrian zone. Everything is within reach, and the hosts were more than kind.

We loved the position of the villa. It is literally at the beachfront, 2 mins walk to the beach. There are many restaurants, shops, and markets around. We loved the welcome gesture from the host who treated us with some nice chocolate and cold drinks. The place was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the stay.

We didn't like the fact that it was sold out for all the other dates, so we had to take what was (fortunately) left for us :)

Absolutely spotless clean ✨️apartment... from bed sheets to bathroom,floor,fridge,balcony. The apartment is situated in Tučepi centre ,just a minute walk to beach, however apartment was located opposite from main street so it was very quietly. Bed was very comfortable. Nice owner gesture...botlle of wine and chocolate as welcome gift...and I was staying just one night. Price was definitely affordable.

Host and his parents are v helpful, parking slot is available on the street with parking card available at Host, the place is clean, AC rather ok, fridge and stuff without luxuries but OK for short stay

My only point is the size of the room - if you have a backpack with yourself and a can of Cola in your hand, and you are travelling alone, this place will be OK For a couple with some luggage 5-6 sqm too small, not so easy to navigate

Location, owner, price and more ... Parking near the entrance to the apartments. You can always access your car. Nice and not overly decorated, Neat and clean. Clean rooms. The rooms are well soundproofed.. You don't have the feeling that someone noticed you upon entering and exiting. You feel somehow free and unnoticed, which I like. The reception and the staff have separate rooms and you don't have to greet and talk non-stop if you're not in the mood for it in passing. Staff quiet and unobtrusive. Because of this, I sometimes want to stay in an apartment, rather than a hotel.

Little difficult to park out when is more cars on parking. Depend how big car you drive, and how good you are driver.

Perfect location, clean, and good price. Should have stayed another night..

Nothing bad to day

Great ground floor room (number 2) with patio. Warm and welcoming owners. Excellent breakfast. On a quiet street and only a short walk to the waterfront promenade with many cafes and shops. Off-street parking for my motorcycle.
