The rooms are very cosy and the lady at the reception is very kind. The burgers and tacos nearby are amazing and the breakfast was delicious too. The place is around 30 minutes drive from Plitvice National Park.

Location, nicely decorated in the villa waterfall. We got free upgrade😃. Very nice stuff, very attentive. We had our dog with us, the extra charge is 10 EUR per night👍🏼

We’ve booked a stay only for one night after visiting other parts of Croatia. We’ve arrived shortly after a snowstorm and our car got stuck on an inclined parking lot (my mistake 🥲). Villa owner and one other employee have helped me get my car back on a road for which I’m thankful. The check-in process was easy and friendly directly with villa owner + we had a dog that also can stay here for a small fee. The room we got was also very beautiful and clean. One small issue was that the bathroom door knob broke when I closed the door but again I called the owner and she immediately put all the effort in solving the situation and everything was okay in matter of minutes. Next day we’ve ordered a breakfast, which was a board full of ham, cheese, omelette and eggs - all very delicious and absolutely worth it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely think about coming back when visiting Plitvice lakes again.

cleanliness could be improved a little (especially under the beds). Having a glass front door is not necessarily the best choice, especially in the morning for the brightness

A little far from Plitvice. Would have been better to be closer.

The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. We liked the fact that we had an outdoor balcony. It was great having a supermarket down the road and a quaint burger truck on the premises.

Room is small Bath tab shoul be renovated or even replaced by a shower.

Room was cosy, bathroom a little small but nicely furnished!! Nice burger truck downstairs to eat at, easy walk to the church to the viewpoint hill. Parking spot in front was a bonus! Excellent stay!

Cleanliness can be improved and the air condition was only available in one room which was not sufficient for the whole apartment during a hot summer day. Please also keep cash with you as breakfast had to be paid in cash and the burger stall outside also only accepted cash.

We did get a two room apartment which was quite spacious and quite reasonably furnished. It was right on the main road with a burger stall/shop right in front of the apartments. One can also find other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was freshly cooked for us but it did not have a lot of variety to choose from, nevertheless the staff re-filled our tables as many times we requested. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was around 15 minutes drive from Plitvice lakes park entrance 1.

Fridge had leftovers from other guest. I understand that they wanted not to throw away food, but I don't know if someone tempered with opened milk, cheese, salami... That should have been removed.

Host Ivana was friendly and helpful, interior was nice. The TV didn't work due to the thunder strike so host lowered the fee on her initiative. Breakfast was great but the staff were from India not knowing the difference between scrambled eggs, Ham and eggs and omelet. But I don't consider that an issue. Just showed them google pictures what I needed and that solves the problem. Soon we can expect a pool, as it is almost finished.

This was an upstairs apartment so, because of the slanted roof walls, the bathroom was very tiny. Not for tall people. You couldn’t stand up in the toilet.

Super great value for money - two bedrooms (although no door in between) and a living room with a kitchenette.

One morning there was no hot water. It would be good to have an electric kettle in the room :)

We had a very nice stay at Villa Park Plitvice. Room was really nicely furnished and decorated. Both bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. It’s a good location if you want to visit Plitvickie lakes.

We had a few issues with checking in and heating not working, but reception was very helpful in fixing any problems.

Easy free parking, great breakfast. Only 10 minutes drive to the park entrance. Comfortable room with great shower.
