The flat was spotless, and the bathroom was super clean. The room had a lovely terrace with a seafront view. The bed was really comfy, and the place overall was great. The location is within a 5–10 minute walk from the port and close to the beaches. The neighbourhood is quiet, which is a plus—especially at night. Mirko was very kind and accommodated all our special requests. The shared outdoor kitchen was really convenient; we cooked breakfast there daily, which gave us the chance to enjoy the garden each morning.

It is in the hill with stunning views, but 10 min walking to the port/center. The shared kitchen and the terrace allowed us to save a lot of money and we felt like at home. Everything was super clean!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was spotless. I really didn't want to leave the accommodation. It has a beautiful terrace where you can sit down and eat or have a coffee and our balcony view was incredible. The host was very kind and helpful when giving us advice on how to get to Bol. The rooms were super clean and the balcony also had a clothes line which was a huge plus after going to the beach! The bedsheets also smelled amazing. I can't complain . I have already recommended this place to my friends and family and hope to be back again.

Just a 15 minutes walk to the port, but a lot of stairs to go there.

The view was amazing from the balcony, I could watch the sunset and see the water. It's a really cute place, a lot of space.

Very quiet and clean place. Kitchen with terrace is lovely and balcony view is beautifull and stunning. Place have absolutely everything You need for staying. Top pickup if You are looking for quiet space to be. Perfect place for couples and peoples with no interest to party.

Short walk away from the town, uphill walk but not a major problem.

Fantastic accomodation. The room was so large, and had so much storage. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The shared kitchen is very good as well, it is well equipped with everything you need to cook and multiple fridges. There is a really nice shared patio next to the kitchen to eat meals with a view of the ocean. The host is very kind and helpful for your needs. We wanted to drop our luggage off early prior to our check in which was possible, but then we were able to check into our room early instead which was amazing. I highly recommend staying here!

The kitchen was outdoors so prone to get ants and bugs but wasn’t a major issue. Beware of mosquitos!

Location was about 10 minutes away from everything which was super but the property is located on a hill (like all of Hvar) so it’s just something to keep in mind.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. A room was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. Kitchen was always kept clean and tidy and came with plenty of storage space. Air conditioning in the room was our saviour!

The ascend to the property was quite steep but manageable once the luggage was dropped.

A pleasant experience and the view to the ocean was beautiful. I loved the balcony. Bathroom was quite modern and nice. The bed was pleasant. AC worked very well. The place was peaceful and quiet. A store is nearby.

It’s a very steep hill to climb to get to the property - worth it for the view though and also a quiet neighbourhood so good for sleeping.

The quiet location and the large balcony - the view is beautiful. Also the rooms very clean and are a good size and the water pressure in the shower is lovely.
