Maybe in summer I see number of sunbeds is not enough. But in low season it was OK. Also 2 elevators sometimes you should wait...

Food is great for this money. Actually this hotel is underrated on Booking, yes its not perfect but great value

The cleaning needs a bit of updating, there were spider webs and areas in the lobby where the paint on the wall fell off, also some rusty parts in the shower. You can see the age of the building, tho.

The hotel is in a good area, very close to a nice beach promenade. It had nice facilities like the pool and the half board option, also nice sea view from the upper floors.

Room was small for three persons. The hotel is 4 stars but I think it can't be more than 3 stars.

The hotel location is very good , with so nice view at the beach. Outside pool is nice. Food in general was good.

Bed was hard felt like you are sleeping on a plank, reception staff was not friendly or helpful.

The buffet food was good with many choices, the room was cleaned very well, location to beach and town. Very nice man that worked at the bar and at the entrance of the buffet/restautant always greeted us with a smile and kindness.

Only one elevetor was working, in the hotel of 10 floors and this was breaking often. But the staff in these cases allowed guests to use emergency elevetor, or leave heavy things like child trollies locked on the ground floor.

Room is confortable and clean. Balcony has a nice view. Good choice of food. Its not a its mot a michellin star restourant or fast food, food more like what you would cook and eat at home. Pasts, steaks, fish, rice and salats.

For a four star hotel, I was expecting everything to be amazing, but it wasn’t. The room itself wasn’t bad, but for example, the balcony was rusty, the elevator in hotel wasn’t working properly, there were small leaks from fire sprinkles in lobby and so on. It wasn’t that bad, but it’s not a 4-star hotel.

The staff was very nice. The view from the room was exceptional.

Dinner: buffet style, way too many guests for a way to small catering area, resulting in an average of 5-10 minutes of queue to get to the food. Well, this teaches guests to make the decision on the first run and not to go back multiple times. This also meant that although the staff was running all around bringing the new portions, there were times when some of the food or cutlery run out. The choice of food were similar each day, with a few differences only, but had a lot of different tastes to chose from and it was very delicious. Only 2 small elevator in a 10-story building - you have to wait 2-3 rounds to get into, or simply walk your way up or down. Windows renewed, plastic, but no real good sealing - we had a very windy weather (40kph+) and we could feel the wind in the room at the side of the balcony door: it was nicely moving the curtains, making sure we always had fresh air within the room - did not really bothered us

The hotel is not new, the age shows it signs (not visible on the photos) but it is quite good on the inside, compared to its age. Rooms are comfortable, the view is amazing from the balcony, and the location is awesome. We had half board - drinks were inclusive, including wine and beer and the food tested really good. Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive.

Outside pool is at other hotel, not at the hotel itself. Inside pool is cold, not heated as said. There were no towels at the pool, and we didn't receive any bathrobe although it was written in the confirmation. Broken glass wall at the balcony. Thin walls, quite noisy.

Good location, near old town. Close to seaside. Drinks are included at dinner also. Quite good food.

Just a small advice from the mom side: to include more fruits and vegetables to the menu; to reduce using vinegar in the salads; to less use the cream sauce in the 2 dishes; to add pastry (as it was only 2 types of bread)

The location is the most convenient among the rest hotels: it is a 9-stored building with the breathtaking view over the sea, yacht club and many small islands around; 5 minutes walk from the center with the many various cafes, stores, shops and bakeries; 1 minute - from the general beach (but better to go to swim in the sea - 300 meters right side: the sea there is much more warm:); 1 minute - from the hotel's swimming pool with the lounge chairs under the pine trees (but better to book the chair beforehand: from the early morning -- to put the towel on it (like non-verbally make it reserved..) all guests were doing this, otherwise, if you come around 10am - there is a chance to miss the chair - all were fully booked)

I know the Punta since the late 80s and it has its own charms, I think a do-over would be a good idea

I would say that not having a one bigger madress over 2 beds is a small problem. There was always space between them and it's not super comfortable. Another thing is the position of AC it kinda blows directly at you so not recommended for people that can't be directly under it and especially kids. We were there with a 6 m.o. baby and didn't really use the AC when we were in the room. Was kinda hard sleeping as you could imagine. And the last thing is the pricing at the bar plus parking. Let's say after the lunch and after the dinner you want to go the room and just relax a bit. You cannot bring your own water, juices etc. And you have to buy them at the bar which is priced insanely expensive. Atleast for the regular water. We had to stay at the room a bit longer because our baby so if you do too, expect to pay much or be dehydrated. Parking should be included in the price so people don't have to pay extra at checkout. Just up the room pricing and make ghe parking free for guests of the hotel I guess.

Helpful staff, amazing sea view. Food isn't at restaurant quality, but it was tasty and good. Beach is very close, 2 min walk. Rooms are small but they certainly fullfil their purpose. The madress' are hard and you get soft and hard pillows which is great! Everyone who comes here and doesn't expect high tier quality food and a room bigger than their apartment will for sure enjoy their stay. Great for it's price.

I would prefer better selection of food. To my opinion, the set up of the dining room needs to be better. Long queue to get to a food. Also, need to think about better selection of food for kids. Breakfast was every day same food.

Nothing to say. Everything was acceptable or better. Maybe the hotel is a little far from the village and the parking a bit basic, but perfectly ok.

We took half board, which, even though it was a buffet, was very good and drinks were included. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choice. We chose a room with a sea view, which was splendid - the view and the room, with a balcony and the possibility to have breakfast at the table on the balcony. The hotel is next to the sea, but the beach is non-existent - just a bunch of concrete blocks where you can sunbathe, but which would be a little uncomfortable. Also, for going into the sea, you would ideally have adapted footwear, as the pebbles/stones on the seabed looked pretty tough on the feet. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The restaurant is not more than a canteen. The weather is beautiful outside, while there is no proper place where you can sit outside. The hotel is outdated. The owners should have started renovating 20 years ago. It seems that they never did something. Nothing works properly. The staff does their best, but they can only do so much if they are not equipped with the right tools
