There was a cockroach in the room. The cleanliness of the room was not perfect for a 4 star hotel. Also, it would be great if there was a non-smoking and a smoking area at the pool. We needed to move multiple times because of smokers next to us.

Although this is not really bad thing, it’s good to have in mind that lots of children can be present with their parents. It would be nice if they would have dedicated space to train (gym) enclosed or protected from the rain.

Half board menu is almost exceptional. Good offer of food variations, pleasant and friendly stuff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cleaning was on time and regular. Hotel is kids friendly with game room and separate children swimming pool. Decent gym in open.

The room is very small. The elevator is 1m2 ... The facade of the hotel a bit dissappointing. Would expect a bit more glam for that price.

The mattress wasnt comfy. Its very family oriented place, and there were a lot of kids at the pool so if you are looking for some peace and quiet might not be for you.

The food was amazing, they had the biggest selection I have ever seen and everything was delicious. Room was ok, it was clean. Location is amazing, right by the sea but at the centre of Punat, everything is walking distance.

Air condition did not work properly, it was too hot in the room.

Lady Svjetlana who cleaned our room is excellent, she was very kind to us, explained everything what we wanted to know. With staff like her your service makes a difference. Food was great but pasta was overcooked every single day. :) Everything else is great, good value for money.

The beds. They were rock hard. Also it was impossible to get the room below 24 c which is a bit warm for us in the summer. The buffet food was often not warm and a lot of it lacked proper description or names of what it was. The mini golf needs a bit of an update or some upkeep because it's a great thing to offer for entertainment but lacked.

The room size was much larger than I expected. The variety of food for breakfast and dinner was good. The pool was clean and never felt too crowded. The location was wonderful. Easy walk to restaurants, beaches, and tours. The front desk staff was always super helpful and friendly. As a bonus, our room had a birds nest in the corner which was fun to watch and we were glad they were left alone to thrive. We were located in the main building.

Rooms on the garden side of a hotel are a little bit small.

Excellent food for breakfast and dinner. Very good variety of dishes with the meat, fish or vegetables, free drinks. The pool is big enough to not be crowded. The staff is very kind and helpful. Enough parking places and everything was clean.

Very helpfull staff, nice swimming pool and outdoor mini golf place ..., it is a family hotel but not so much kids, pets are allowed. The food provided for breakfast and dinner was various and very tastefull!

Own beach at the sea

The view from the hotel was beautiful. It was near the main street, but it was not noisy. Breakfast and dinner was perfect.

The rooms are tiny and lack of light. Better beach is a bit further away but easy to drive and park there. Could have more grown up activities too when the weather is not ideal. A few days of kids disco/entertainment was too noisy and for too long.

The food was great the pool and bar is also nice. Drinks are also great and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Parking included, enough seating for dinner and breakfast so no queues, also well equipped for the sunbeds. Slide is a bonus. Rooms were cleaned nicely. Great that drinks are free during meals.

Although 2 rooms were reserved at least 2 months before arrival, upon arrival the receptionist could not find the second room in the system. The receptionist was arrogant, was looking for the second room in the system, then he/she disappeared for 10 minutes. Finally we got the room, but they were not next to each other. At least they were on the same floor. The room had no minibar and no balcony.

We spent there 2 nights, 4 people with two rooms. The breakfast and the dinner was great, huge selection, and they varied the offer every day, The drinks were also included, even the beer and wine. The swimming pool was also great. There were many sunbeds by the pool, there was enough for everyone. You didn't have to pay extra for parking. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Most of the staff was friendly. The wifi was stable and worked without problems even in the garden.

Unfortunately we had a room on the first floor above the restaurant/kids area roof where the drain was a bit clogged which meant that rubbish and bones(?) were visible on the roof of the area below. It rained quite a bit so there was at least 5cm of water which did not drain properly. Furthermore the speakers of the disco in the evening were turned up a bit too loud for our liking so that we could hear it in the room with the doors shut but that could just be us!

The hotel is very modern, with great rooms and good facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly.
