Lovely staff. Super friendly and helpful. Lovely apartment which was spacious. Small shower but had everything I needed. Let down when I ordered a taxi to Pula airport which I got charged 43 euros for, apparently because it is a Sunday. A great trip to Pula which ended in feeling ripped off.

SwedenThe bathroom was tiny, with a supersmall bath but no shower curtain. Mold in the celing in the bathroom. TV was small and hard to watch beause of how it was placed. Expensive hotel compared to for instance Split, Rijeka, Zagreb etc. The staff seemed a little bit annoyed.
I had a room with a double bed. The room was quite tiny but OK for one person. Breakfast wasn't included in the price so I never tried it. The air condition worked very well.

SpainThe rooms are not super modern. There are some sketchy kebabs next to the hotel, as a woman I wouldn't feel safe alone at night outside.
The room was comfy and practical. The location is amazing, right in the city center. Breakfast is very complete and tasty.

United KingdomThe doors on the wardrobes were a little bit off set. The hotel accidentally let another passenger take my luggage so for a few hours there was a lot of anxiety and no offer of compensation was offered but I got my stuff back alls well that ends well but be careful leaving your luggage there before checking in. Not really enough choice on the breakfast for me but what I did have was nice
The staff were nice enough rooms were very nice clean and air conditioned. I enjoyed my stay very much, the beds were very comfy as well

United KingdomI only stayed 1 night - less than 8 h really - and I got all what I need - hotel was 15 min walk to my boat , staff were helpful and very friendly , they even made me an early coffee ( before breakfast time ) and helped me with all my luggage on my departure at 6 am If I ever need a short stay in Pula again - I will be back Thank you 🌸

Located a few minutes walk from the town centre this 3 star hotel had exactly what I expected, what I didnt expect was the 5 star restaurant connected to the hotel, my wife and I spent two wonderful evenings in the restaurant, this is truely a hidden gem

We paid 15 euros each for breakfast but on the second morning breakfast items which ran out were not replaced - black tea bags, bread, jam, fresh pineapple & fruit yogurts. Orange juice was not available. The staff were too busy eating their own breakfast to replace breakfast items and didn't clear tables until they had finished eating. Food & drink not allowed in rooms so why was there a fridge. More cupboards would have been useful.
Hotel was nicely decorated. The receptionist on our arrival was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was useful.
