United KingdomFood was ok, the room where you eat though is so old and run down, and always smells. Would only return if they offered self catering rather than all inclusive.
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. The location is incredible, which makes up for the tired, worn out hotel. Bus stop nearby to take you to the old town.

My initial room had a malfunctioning light so I got another (better) room. I very much liked it! It was spacious, cool, clean & I even extended my stay! It is right by the beach & it is easy to get into the city & to the airport. It is worn but superclean & everything you need is there.

BulgariaRooms do need some improvements. Most of all, they need disinsection. The lighting in our room was not strong enough. I missed a clothes dryer rack. This is a seaside resort. People'd normally want to hang their towels and bathing suits to dry. All the sunbeds were tied in lines to one another so they couldn't be moved around. Why? I had a look at the yards of the other two hotels, and their lounges could be freely placed wherever you want.
The food was amazing! Every day of our stay, I eat tasty dishes. There was a variety of cooked food, fruits and desserts. As soon as one thing was over, it was reloaded. There were enough sunbeds available—no chance one wants to sunbathe and doesn't find a spare lounge. The hotel's surroundings include many trees that provide shade. The pool was clean, and the water was warm. Kids loved the animation program. In the evenings, there was live music at the pool yard. Coffee was good, and the red wine, too.

United KingdomThe dining situation. Fellow guests were disrespectful, pushy and rude and ate like there’s no tomorrow! The majority of the guests were Slovenian, they used their towels to reserve sun beds but lay unoccupied for hours.
Location location location! Peacefully quiet at the end of a road. Very close to the beach with easy access paths for good beachside walks.

IrelandThe rooms are a little tired and could do with a little tlc. It's super clean, though. A little outside the town, but there are bus and Uber options, both very reasonable. Food might not be everyone's taste but plentiful and satisfactory. Would still recommend and stay again.
The staff were phenomenal, so helpful and friendly. Everywhere was super clean. Great options for drinks at the bar. Variety of food for each meal, lots of fresh fruit (though it may not be to everyone's taste, basic but satisfactory). Lovely pool area Beach and views are beautiful. Great value.

BelgiumThe hotel contains two building , upon our arrival we got a room in the same building where the reception is . This building is a bit old and needs a refresh . In our first room the air conditioning did not work properly so we asked the reception abd they kindly changed it. We got a room in the second building where the resturant located , this building seems to be newer however it has just one lift for all the guests ( building has 5 floors) which was not so convenient and made us to wait a lot in front of the lift. Second point: we have asked for extra pilow and a blanket , they kindly provided us but there were the stains on them , we requested to change them and the secobd time , unfortunately it was the same . So washing properly of the pilows and bed sheets and blankets are the ponints which should be taken into the consideration strongly.
The staff are helpful, the food was excellent with the variety of choices for the differents meals. The location is excellent with easy access to the city center by the bus 8 .the Hotel is a beachfront hotel with the sea just in front which the access to the sea amazing . The animation team does the Great job to entertain the guests. All in all it worth for the money which you spend , i think it is difficult to find a 3 stars hotel with all inclusive package and this comfort somewhere else.

As the some of the reviewers mentioned the hotel looks old and needs TCL. But the hotel is in quiet place surrounded by trees. The beach is on front of the hotel. The beach is quiet and the water is fantastic. Also we have got all inclusive and the good is ok. You will find something you like to eat. All over I like the hotel and will go there again.
