Some stuff in the room requires renewals but it did not affect us.

We liked everything from first minute of check-in to the last minute of check-out. Stuff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The SPA was fantastic, we enjoyed a pool where we can swim during the hottest hours but most of all we liked Finish sauna. Also we enjoyed the treatments, facial and massages. The breakfast was excellent and starting day with prosecco felt luxurious. The room was not big but good size, AC worked properly, no problems with overheating. Location was fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants. We already decided to be back next year.

The extra fees (parking, dog) are not included in the total price on booking.com. They added a +30% surcharge.. Moreover, the price of the dog was not listed anywhere.

Food ! A lot of room for improvement there ! Very soft mattress.

Swimming pool with heated seawater was a blessing after a long journey. bedroom with generous dimensions; staff was efficient and prompt; location is excellent, the promenade along the coastline a surprise.

Beautiful and clean hotel rooms, everything was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is top tier, very delicious. I recommend eating outside, very nice view & experience 😊 This hotel is also very convenient since the beach is only 5 minutes away from it which is amazing. I would 100% come back in the future! ❤️

Beautyfull hotel in the best location in Opatija! The room is clear, well equiped, minibar, towels..The stuff was very kind, they helped us in anything we need. The breakfast was very delicious , we can eat so many different food. The view drom the terrace is incredible

I didn’t like that so much of the hotel is not used and I didn’t like the spa or the pool and feel that there is no particular need for a 20° pool when it’s 40° outside. Probably better off separating the main aspects of the hotel and main rooms and keeping out as the hotel and utilising the other rooms as Airbnb.

We loved the location. We loved the view. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful.

The breakfast food options were good but the beverages left something to be desired. The coffee tasted like instant even though it was brewed from a machine with espresso and macchiato settings. The juice was more like colored lightly flavored water and didn't resemble juice. The parking available was a block away and there was no space to unload closer to the hotel. My husband dropped me off and the front desk was going to try to free up a space to unload in front but was unsuccessful. We parked a block away and hauled our luggage over. I was quoted 20 Euro at check in but they tried to charge me 30 Euro at checkout.

The room was lovely but the balcony was filthy and inaccessible due to the birds circling overhead and pooping all over the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast food options were plentiful. There was a lovely restaurant behind the hotel that was amazing. We enjoyed the promenade in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately the food prepared and available for selfservice dinner was always toolow temperature , not enough hot at all (sups, fishes , grilled vegetables , meat , all food was too cold ... from 7pm - to 9 pm, always the same to low temperature of the meals, I am sorry, because all the rest in the hotel was exellent.

The staff was very kind, nice rooms , comfort beds , nice bathroom very clean and spacious , perfect spa , clean indoor pool with salt water , always new towels, beach in front and close to hotel , good services in the whole hotel, good breakfast

I think parking recommendation could have been better. There was plenty of street parking much cheaper than the recommended one.

Everything was very nice. Would recommend, including the absolutely fantastic breakfast!
