I wouldn't stay there for more than 1-2 nights. The room and bathroom were quite small and not very modern.

The location of the place was very central. Close to the main street with shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket literally downstairs. The room served its purpose: a place to stay for one night. The staff was very nice.

Superb location for a couple using public transport enjoying nature and culture of the area. The room was on the highest floor of a palace with fascinating facade which was a really pleasant surprise for us. The host managed to help us fix a mistake we made during the booking. All house regulations were very clearly stated and we really recommend this facility for staying in Rieka if taking stairs up to floor 4 is not a problem.

Only cash, the bedsheet and towels were very old. The bathroom was working but it was unfinished working (electrical cables were visible, glasses wasn’t clean..) The water was more cold than hot. So to stay one night like backpack travel is okay not more.

The rooms are completely not sound proof. We could hear not only the corridor but even other guests in their own rooms. Bathroom is a bit small, but we could manage it for an overnight stay. It is also on 4th floor. Sounds easier than it is in reality, so just keep it in mind while booking.

The location of the apartment is amazing. The very city center. The building was also nice on the outside. The owner or responsible lady was a very pleasant person and we enjoyed talking to her a lot. The room was small and a bit dark as it was facing the wall of another building but it was fine for a one night stay. A lot of towels.

Window opened onto a loud and smelly alley. Door to the room rattled and offered no soundproofing to the rest of the property.

Payment only in cash, it should be indicated before arrival. Poor room lighting. We only stayed one night, but if it was more, we would definitely miss a fridge and a kettle. But in description does not mention that they will be available, so we did not expect anything in particular.

The hostess was kind and responsive, the fact that she does not speak good English was not a surprise to me and I did not expect anything like that, as we know in Croatia the national language is not English :) I am also surprised by the negative reviews about the 4th floor. It's such a small thing, before reading the reviews I didn't even think that someone could complain about it. The room was quiet, internal air conditioner, shower, toilet. Very close to the center. The owner kindly pointed out the parking lot, we paid 7 euros for the whole night.
