The price could have been a bit lower for what the apartment offers, though it might have been higher due to the music festival happening during our stay. We were also asked to pay in cash, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the apartment is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the seaside. The host was really nice and welcoming, greeting us warmly upon arrival. Since it was summer, she kindly offered us free snacks and orange juice. The room and the apartment, especially the bathroom, were very clean. The apartment has three bedrooms: one occupied by the host and the other two available for guests like us.

There's no lift to get to 5th floor, in summer, it can be little much! But not a negative point though.

Host is a very sympathetic and nice lady. She welcomed us with a cold drink, gave hand-drawn map and restaurant suggestions for ease. Room was clean and AC was working good. Overall quite nice stay!

The property was in good location. Host was lovely. She was giving us a lot of recommendations. I don’t really think that the price to such conditions is okay. The flat is in old style. You could smell that there are people who smokes cigarette.. that wasn’t nice. But other than that. Was okay. Could be little bit cheaper

Our host was so helpful and welcoming! She let us check in really early which was a life save for us. We she also gave us a welcome drink with ice and gave us a map of the local area. The food suggestions were amazing and offered us umbrellas for the rain. Overall she was very very very hospitable :)

The description was not complete enough to understand that this is a room at the hosts place with a shared bathroom. The smell of cigarettes was quite present.

The room is quit high and hasn't have an elevator to get the room..

The location is perfect. But the best is that staff Elen and Neva are extremely nice and wonderful hosts. We were just like visiting my mom and my grandma. You never will feel home sick on this place. Thank a million again Neva and Helen.!!!

The building is situated at a busy street. It was a bit noisy in the evening until late, even with windows closed. Bring Oropax if you are very noise sensible and it should be fine.

We stayed for just one night. The host was very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. Room was clean and well prepared. It is spacious and bright, also not too hot for sleeping, because it's on the north side.

First of all, we were absolutely spoiled - very kindly waited for our (late) bus to get in, provided us with drinks and snacks and helped us navigate around Split with some great food recommendations. The location is really great for getting to all the usual tourist attractions, with plenty of eateries, shops and supermarkets. The room did exactly what it said on the tin and we had a great night's sleep. Don't expect Hilton level luxury, but you will get all the things you need and tiptop care too.

I was under the impression that this would be a bnb type accommodation. It really wasn't. It was essentially someone's apartment where she lets people stay in the two spare rooms. This wouldn't have been too much of an issue (although the price was pretty expensive considering this), but it was the extremely strong smell of cigarettes that really ruined our time here. It was so strong, and as a non-smoker it was hard to feel comfortable there. The building itself is a pretty ugly grey block on top of a main road, and you have to go up four flights of stairs to get in. If it had been more clear that the host lives there and it was essentially staying in someone's flat, we definitely wouldn't have stayed. I personally wouldn't ever recommend this place.

The location was good and the bathroom was clean. The host was also friendly.

The landlady, who lives in the apartment, is a extremely nice person. The room was clean. The bathroom is shared with the guests of another room and the payment is only in cash.
