Best house I have ever rented!

There is nothing negative to say, but apparently I can't write more in the positive field, so I continue here. The hosts were lovely people who stayed in touch throughout the week, welcomed us at the house, helped us arrange transfer from the ferry and helped us get in touch with a car rental company. The town only lets people with their own parking spot drive into town, and this house has its own parking, so you also get a card for the gates - very convenient! Can't reccomend this enough, I hope we can come again soon! I'm enclosing some photos of the things I think were missing in the photo gallery on booking.com - the outside space, hallways and bathrooms (which are not huge, but nice and fresh)

All in all, this is probably the best accomodation I have ever rented. The house itself is in immacualte condition and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen for cooking our own meals, open space dining/living area. Downstairs bathroom and an upstairs toilet and two bedrooms with balconies and very comfortable beds - both bedrooms and the livingroom have AC, so no problem when it's hot (which it was, at times - lovely!). One thing I especially appreciated was the little details that made everything easier - there were a few fresh towels for drying dishes, a bottle of washing upp liquid, some laundry detergent for the washing machine. This sounds like a no brainer, but it's very common that you don't get these things when you rent a house. So thanks for that. Next, the outside space. There are two areas - the super cute courtyard behind the house, where you have a dining table and can put your drying rack. And the alley on the side of the house, with a sofa/armchairs combo with views of the ocean. Speaking of the ocean - just go through the gate and cross the narrow street with almost no car traffic, and you're at the small beach. A quick swim before breakfast has never been easier, and it's a beach with a barricade against boats and even a shower to wash off the salt water before returning to the house. Couldn't be much better. The tiny town itself is lovely and the house is situated just one bend in the road away from the harbour, where most of the restaurants are. The two shops and the bakery are within easy walking distance. Walking along the coast will bring you to tons of beaches and to the west there's a nature reserve. Above the town, in the hills, you can walk or mountainbike if it's not too hot. There's about six of seven restaurants in town, so after a week, we felt we'd had everything we wanted to try - that may be the only slightly negative thing of all week.
