Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeOne of the double bed was creaky. The towels were rough and perhaps need a refresh. The shower stall on the second floor only has a shower curtain which doesn’t stop water from flowing out and caused the area around it to be wet and unsafe. Will be nice to have shower gel and coffee capsules for the stay to be more enjoyable.
The host was friendly and welcomed us. Host was kind to share some olive oil with us for our short stay. The house is huge with four bedrooms and located in a quiet location but walking distance to the Taj Mahal restaurant.

United KingdomWe were a little cold on our first night but found blanket in the wardrobes.
The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't actually cook meals but there were plenty of glasses, cups, plates etc. Great to have the dishwasher with cleaning tablets provided. The walk into the town was ok but Uber journeys were also very reasonable in price.

IrelandThe house is perfect. It has everything you need and the location is great. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, which is essential, it has a lovely outside terrace. It's a short distance by car from the Oldtown and in the opposite direction from Lapad. Each has a different vibe, the Oldtown has lively bars, and Lapad is more relaxed. If i return to Dubrovnik i would definitely stay here again.

I’d love to reccomend Holiday Home King ,Helpfull and very nice owner, clean and well equipped house, A/C throughout, everything is spotless. We were even welcome with some drinks and fresh fruit, also had late check out without any issues. Perfect stay.

Big house! And you own parking spot. If you come by car super handy. Nice terrace. All was super clean and very welcoming. We had a few beers and Coca Cola in the fridge. All the essentials in the kitchen, washing machine. Felt right at home! Old town is walkable or an Uber for 6 euros.
