How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing to reproach.
The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed: it was clean, comfortable, 10 min walk away from the old part of the town and, most importantly for me, we had a good night's sleep - it was quiet both outside and inside of the building. The host was very responsive and everything was easily arranged. I would highly recommend the accommodation for a short stay.

The appartment was great & spacious, everything is like shown on the photos and also you will have a good sleep as the bed is suuper comfy, neighbours in the house are also nice & quiet. Ena is like a superhost, patient/ flexible... & trys to respond on every question, she welcomed me with fruits & wine, really lovely!! The city center & bus stops are only a 15 mins. walk away, actually pretty near to the arena, around the corner there is a little supermarket. For visiting the beaches i would recommend to take the bus from center or rent a bike if you dont have a car!

Property was very beautiful and clean! I loved the girl that showed me the apartment!! Very friendly people and is close the city centre! I really loved that i had parking in front of the apartment for free!

Fantastic appartment just a short walk from the arena. Ena was lovely and waited for our very late check in. Wine and watermelon in the fridge on arrival was a lovely gesture. Pula is a great city and it was a shame our stay was so short.

The only complaint I have is that the water boiler seemed to run empty rather quickly resulting in cold showers most days for us
The host is absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. She even kept her car in a parking spot to make sure we have a place to park our car! The apartment has all you may need and a few big stores in the area as well. Then just a short walk away you have restaurants and you're but a car drive away from all the lovely towns in Istria including the beaches

We loved our stay here. Ena, the host is really kind and made sure we had everything we needed. She even left us a bottle of wine, cookies and bananas, very thoughtful. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfy, exactly what we needed after some rainy days in our tent. The location is great, 10 minutes walking from the city centre and about 40 min walking to one of the lovely beaches. We also very much enjoyed the dolphin watching boat tour Ena offered us. Well recommend!

It’s lacking windows or a view but I only needed it for sleeping, so it was perfect.
The owner was amazing and stayed up late to let me after my flight was canceled and took the bus. she greeted me at nearly 2am with a smile and a nice bottle of local wine. The bed was very cozy and the area very quiet but close to walk to the center of town. I highly recommend this place!

I liked everything about this apartment. It was bigger than I thought. It is on the ground floor but the area is very quiet. The kitchen equipment is excellent - from the toaster to the items needed for cooking. The bathroom even has a washing machine. The bedroom is large and elegant. Living room with TV and a place to eat and rest. The decor is chic. The cleanliness was impeccable. The distance according the map seems to be pretty long from the center and, for example, the colosseum. But it's not like that. It is 6 minutes walk at most. And last but not least: the contact with the host was perfect. She reacted to all information, requests and even helped in an emergency situation (problem with the ordered taxi). Staying here was wonderful

Great location near center of the city. There's a shop close by for quick shopping for supplies if needed. Everything was clean and ready for good weekend. There's a free parking close by.

The host could not have been more helpful. Apart from allowing us to enter early - she actually collected us from the airport, which was very welcome, and dropped us at the bus station next day !! There was also a welcome pack with cookies and wine, and fruit! What a lovely person.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary items (and more). Beds were very comfortable and bedroom was very dark for good sleep. Host was very friendly, helpful, and always directly available.

No natural light except for in the kitchen. However, this is not much of a problem if you’re out in the daytime, plus you get really good sleep as the bedroom is completely dark at night!
Extremely clean property, well stocked and very comfortable. It’s really close to the centre, a short walk to bus stops and only a 15 minute walk from the coach stop which connects you to other major cities. Ena is also the loveliest host!

Zero. Just loved the property
Hands down one of THE best properties that I stayed in. What made it special about this property is the location, the host, and space of the place. Doing remote working and on holiday at some parts, it’s a perfect spot to work and enjoy yourself at the same time. What made it special is the hospitality that the property provided. From providing tea, wine, coffee are the small touches that makes me want to go back to Croatia again.
