Super friendly staff! From the reception, to the buffet, waiters. Massage in the spa is a must! Even though the hotel was fully booked, it was not crowded during breakfast nor dinner. And it was surprisingly not crowded at any of the pools the hotel has. Big comfy rooms and beds! Very clean pools, spa, rooms and the hotel in general

Bosnia and HerzegovinaUnfortunately, the hotel which has 7 floors, has only two small elevators. This means a lots of waiting as it gets crowdy, especially around breakfast/dinner, people coming from the beach, coming/leaving with the luggage...
We were pleased to see that resort is well adjusted to kids - pool, playground, mini golf, mini disco - a lot of activities. Hotel is near the beach, there are sunbeds that are free and there are also the ones to pay. Food was good, stuff friendly. We felt welcomed.

SloveniaYou need to fight for a place in the shade on the beach - hotel have a reserved place there next to the sea, but everything is “reserved” by towels before 8 o’clock - the guests (oldies) are really mean when to try to get a place under the tree - usually also the employers from hotel join them to yell on you - espacialy if you are younger (under 40) with a small child - defenitly not coming back, not because of hotel but because of mean guests which are massive coming with agencies

HungaryOne or two lugage holders would have been useful in our room. The breakfast/dinner room is too big. It is full with people and it is very loud!!! The tables are also too close to each other, so there is not much privacy there. The elavetors are small and usually busy so it is quicker to use the stairway instead, even from the 4th floor....
Excellent location. The long and rocky beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The hotel itself is rather older , but the room was recently renovated.

SloveniaUnfortunately, there were just two elevators for the whole Hedera hotel. Each held a maximum of 3-4 people. We were constantly waiting for a free one, especially at the time of breakfast or dinner. We also did not have any privacy on the balcony at all. Between the balconies there was a low fence and we could see a whole row of neighbours, including other people that were at different floors than us. It was a bit too open for our taste. Other than that, everything was great.
Staff was really helpful, friendly and professional. The main bar was pleasantly eventful in evening hours. Great music, even better table service with a selection of well prepared drinks.

SloveniaWe requested a room at higher floor because of view, but got a room at second floor with poor view. Beds were not so comfy, strange feeling like sleeping on a plastic.
Nice staff, cleanliness, breakfast was good, dinner could be better but you get a free drink. We used a pool of adjacent Mimosa hotel, which is closer to the beach, so you have only a few steps to the sea.

Czech RepublicThe 2 elevators are the only weak point there. It is simply not enough especially when check outs are in the morning and so are morning breakfasts aswell. Luckily you can use stairs to go up to 7th floor f.e. so you can do something for your health :)
Hotel Hedera is in great lokality. Not much crowded there. Receptionist and staff very friendly and talkative. Food was very good, sef-service to take what you like. Although there were many types of food, some were repeated daily and some changed. I see that okay, we always found what we wanted to eat. Room was cleaned and pre-cooled with AC upon arrival. New towels and room was cleaned every day morning Staying was not boring, many things to do inside hotel and outside as well, for example boat excursions. Prices were fair, worth it. Thumbs up, we are likely to come back.

GermanyThe bathroom and toilet were dirty when we arrived, and the hotel said they could only clean it the next day, without offering any alternative. The food is okay but feels more like canteen food, and the restaurants get very busy. Cocktails and coffees come from machines and aren’t great, with the coffee being quite bad. The rooms are a bit outdated, and the balconies offer little privacy because the dividers are very low. The pools also get very crowded, and all the sunbeds are taken early in the morning. There’s only one electrical outlet in the room.
The location is great, it’s close to the sea and just a short walk from the public beach, which was very convenient. The room size was decent and comfortable enough for our stay. The staff in the snack bar is very friendly.
