Owners were really nice, it was also really clean, 10 minutes walking distance to city centre. Parking is also included, which is a BIG plus. You can also eat breakfast, which is 10€ per person per night and you get eggs, salami, bread, cheese, vegetable, spreads for bread, croissant… Overall we were really happy with the stay and also would book again.

Great host giving us best tips on where to go both in the area and in Croatia in general. Greeted us with a warm welcome and information yet giving us time to settle and not invading our space. The property is a few minutes walk from the centre in a safe quiet area with private secure parking. A delicious and abundant breakfast waited for us the following morning before our departure. A definitely recommended place to stay at!

The night before we arrived with the motorbikes quite late, so it was quite cold. We parked next to the Guest house. The room was warm, which made me very happy. Since we wanted to go a little more to the city, Gino very kindly drew us on the map of Rovinj and wrote where we can have a good dinner. It was the second weekend of November. We were the only (and mybe last :)) guests. However, Gino and his wife prepared a very varied breakfast. From eggs on the eye to croissants, salami and cheese to cereal. Coffee and juice. With the Boss singing on the stereo - Just Perfect :)

Personable hosts made sure we had rain ponchos and gave us good recommendationS for dinner. They went out of their way to get us hot chocolate for breakfast as we don't drink coffee. The breakfast was exceptional, offering cheeses meats cereals, fruit, bakery items, juice). Super nice double bed,, balcony,parking space, beautiful shower. Close to the center of town. Well stay here again!

Everything :) Hosts are welcoming, attentive, friendly. Breakfast was exceptional - they tried to keep it varied everyday and even have tomatoes from their own garden :) Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Each room has its own parking spot. And their dog Miša is so cute and cuddly.

Amazing family-run place with newly renovated rooms. The owners gave us some recommendations on where to go for dinner in Rovinj. They prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning that featured scrambled eggs with asparagus. Definitely a place to save and return to! Hvala 🙏🏻

It was cold when I arrived, and the host turned it on, but it took long time and wasn't that warm in the morning either.

It was beautifully decorated with lots of small details to make your trip comfortable.

The apartment was so beautiful, modern with a nice touch of design and quite. We had a balcony with a view of the garden, perfect for a glas of wine and relaxing. The owner was so nice and we offered us a delicious breakfast. The apartment offers also a parking place and from there youn can walk to the center wich is only 10 minutes from there. I really recomend this place.

Nicely designed rooms, comfortable and spacious, delicious breakfast and lovely hosts (including the dog Misha). Free packing and 15mins walk to the city center (worth to rent a bike and cycle around). Highly recommended, I will be back 100% :)

Our apartment was close by the general area where the breakfast was served, because of this we were woken up by other guests while they were eating their breakfast.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Close to the city center and the beach. Everything was comfortable and really clean ( the whole place has recently been renovated ). The hosts were amazing, prepared a great breakfast every morning and were helpful in recommending places to go.

Would be nice if the coffee machine was available to visitors who don’t take breakfast. Even for a small fee. However there is a selection of instant coffees available if you like those.

It’s a very good guest house, everything was new and clean. Room has good size and had a small balcony. Quiet location, but only 10-15 min away from the centre of town. The owner was very helpful with info on restaurants, etc. There is breakfast available, which looked very good but we did not try it.
