Lovely large bedroom. Balcony was lovely to enjoy the beautiful moon rise. If coming by car ferry, get off at the first bus stop in Hvar. Many swimming locations nearby and old town close by.

It's very expensive at this time of the year. I was expecting the apartment to have a washing machine, which is critical in hot weather. The air condition in the corridor is very noisy and it's covering all the floor, so closing the room's door is not an option. There was only a little bottle of shampoo for my 3 day stay. It could provide sufficient body soup and shampoo, it's not that much. Very slow internet, it was less than 1Mbps.

The hosts are very friendly people, I liked the hospitality of this family. The apartment is pretty close to the main ferry port, like 10 minute walking. You can rent a scooter and there is a shelter in the house, so you don't have to leave it on the street.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was great, comfortable and clean. The host is really kind and helpful, easy to reach if you have any problem or doubt. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and nice, not far from the old town. It is also near a great beach. The place had everything we wanted, we really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you ❤️

Simple and clean place in a quiet neighbourhood. It's around 15min to town and 15min to Pokonkji dol beach. There's one small market in about 5min and a bigger one in 10min. The kitchen is fully equipped but there's no microwave and no oven tray, so we were not able to use the oven as we desired, but that wasn't a problem. There's AC in the living room/kitchen, a big bedroom, a big bathroom and even an outside table, so we were able to enjoy our meals in the fresh air. The host was very nice and friendly to us. We had a great time there.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable for me. One side was better than the other so thankfully I was able to switch sides. If you like a firm bed then it’s perfect!

This was a lovely apartment! It was just me but there is plenty of room if there’s more people. Terrace is wonderful too you have full use over it. AC was prefect too although it was hard to reach the bedroom as it’s in the living room but it was fine!

In July it is too hot to do the walks multiple times a day, which of course is not their fault. Ubers were not accepting our requests and taxis cost double the Ubers (€20 vs. €10 in summer for a short uphill ride)- if you come any other season the walk would be very pleasant. Difficult if you have mobility issues but that is not specific to the property, it is the norm of what we have seen in the areas here.

The loveliest host Lily was so warm and welcoming. The unit has a pleasant balcony and a close but steep walk down to a gorgeous beach, or to the port and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are on the small side but designed with plenty of storage. Lots of windows for a beautiful breeze, and a hall a/c unit that is cool enough to cool bedrooms with doors open. Highly recommend. Hosts can be hired to drive when they are available and that was very helpful.

Not too far from old town, our host Liliana was very kind and made sure we has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Goos for a family or a group of friends as bedrooms are spacious.

Wifi didn't work.

A large space with bedroom, lounge and outside sitting area with garden (and gnomes!) Decor is of the artistic-eccentric variety. Although there is a backpacker hostel next door the apartment is very well soundproofed so you wouldn't know. Friendly and helpful people :-) Location about halfway from the old town and a decent beach, and there are a couple of supermarkets close by and a fast food place right next door.

Host walked into room without knocking, accused us of housing 2 extra people for the night and fined us €100. Threatened us with the police when we refused the fine. Smells strange and minimal amenities.

Host entered apartment while we weren't there at night to open windows and turn off small light which I purposely closed all windows for safety and so I would t get bit by insect at night. I woke up with 8 large insect bites on leg then! Also couldn't sleep the next night as I heard noises from surrounding apartments and I kept thinking host had entered room again. Very unhappy as we had left our suitcases money and belongings open, knowing our privacy had been invaded is not nice. Location is very uphill and lots of steps which we struggles to carry luggage as could not get taxi

Don’t often write bad reviews but wanted to warn families. Apartment smelled heavily of smoke, was impossible to stay inside, we opened windows and could not get rid of the smell. Some owner replies say that they are not smokers but the owner showed us the apartment and it was evident standing beside her that she was a smoker, and she was also holding cigarettes so the owner replies are not truthful. Spend most of our time on the patio to avoid going inside, however the garden is infested with outdoor cockroaches and they come out in huge groups after sunset, can’t turn anywhere without seeing a bunch. Lots of DIY decorations inside, however distasteful ones such as a furry hairy lamp right on the kitchen counter. Additionally extremely uphill walk, we are mid 20s and it was difficult for us.

The apartment smelled of cigarette when we arrived despite the listing claiming to be a smoke free property and have nonsmoking rooms. The pillow cases had cigarette butt holes in them. We brought this up to the host and she gave us an air freshener that did not help. Now all of our belongings smell like cigarettes and the owner refuses to compensate for laundry costs and the inconvenience.
