Small room but has everything you need. Super clean and the location is great. Has a nice patio outside where you can sit and enjoy a drink :)

So clean and perfectly situated! The host was super nice and we LOVED the apartment. It was comfortable and walking distance from everything in old town.

Perfect location and lots of little extras (like beach towels and toiletries) that made a real difference. Check in instruction were also very easy clear and we were given an early check in.

The room was ever so slightly small and dark but was decorated perfectly to make it feel as light are airy as possible. We only stayed for one night so it was not a real issue for us.

Nice value for money, perfect location near everything in the old town and comfortable bed.

As a woman, it would be helpful if there was a plug in the bathroom for the blow dryer.

Great location in heart of town

All was good. We booked economy double and just advised us it was small - but all was good - just compact!

It was perfect! Great bed and sheets ! Super clean ! Host provided everything you could think of for the room ! Super great location! Wonderful padio to sit at night ... nice window with a view . This will definitely be a repeat place for me . Excellent room and owner was nice and very responsive! 100% Wonderful room!

It could use a name or number on the door so it's easy to Identify the room among the otger doos ( But not that big of a deal)

The apartment was unexpectadly silent. We were in thr middle of the old town with lots of noise on the streets, but somehow the noise does not reach windows at all! We slept with open windows all night! Apartment is very stylish, bed is comfortable, sheets are cotton and so cosy, all is just beautifully maintainted. We met the cleaning lady, very nice and pleasant person. I am really happy to see this level of service in Croatia!

We loved the location, the cleanliness, access to a little kitchen area with coffee and dish soap. The air conditioning worked great. The message we received on booking before we arrived was very clear. They followed up to make sure we arrived OK. They have a clothes drying rack, which is a very thoughtful touch.

The bed was very soft and unsupportive.

The bathroom was very modern and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was spotless. We were only staying for one night and enjoyed our time there. It was in a great location to catch the ferry early the next morning.

Perfect location, everything within walking distance- 5 minute walk to the harbour, 10 minute walk to Palace, 20 minute walk to beach. Bus stop at the end of the road which stopped at quieter beach spots in the National Forest. Very central location, couldn’t have chosen better. Lots of restaurants and amenities on the doorstep, though property was tucked away just off of the main road. Room was spotless with everything you may need. If you ran out of consumables, host was quick to drop off what you asked for. Room was very dark and quiet at night time with the shutters closed, and felt very safe. AC worked well throughout our stay and kept us very comfortable. Host was very quick to reply to queries over WhatsApp, provided clear instructions for self check in and gave lots recommendations of things to see and places to eat, which was a nice touch. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough, throughly enjoyed.

Guest House Paradise was a wonderful stay! Lovely cosy clean room, right in the heart of Split city centre. Hosts were wonderful, very helpful and cheerful. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was fantastic. Location, large delightful room and bathroom with every thing we needed. Super large comfortable bed, fast wifi, washing machine, dish washer and responsive owner. Close to Everything.

Location was perfect. Ivana the host was very kind and helpful and gave great tips for stuff to do while in Split. Room was very nice and well maintained, plenty of space and has a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner and stove top. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The apartment was very close to the old town.

The apartment was very small. No room were to put to carryon suitcases. We ended putting one in the bathroom that was relatively large.

Great location! Right in the heart of old town and an easy walk to all the major sites. With plenty of local food spots near by and with several supermarkets

I don’t know about the other rooms but ours was VERY clean and comfortable! Everything looked new, it was bright & had WONDERFUL sound proof windows with blackout shutters. Beds were awesomely comfortable and had great pillows (the big pillows were too big but they had these great little pillows that we loved). Close to so much, including my favorite sandwich shop, Focaccia Bar. I wish every place we stayed at was this lovely! The host was so helpful and gave us great ideas for food and other things. If you go to Split, eat at Duje, it was the BEST food we had and prices were relatively inexpensive. Monk fish with bacon and fried calamari…YUM!!

Good location close to the old city

The place is quite noisy — mostly due to heavy footsteps from the apartment above, and to a lesser extent, noise from the restaurant below, which is right outside the only window.

The room is beautiful and feel like home.
