We really enjoyed our stay at the Guest House Kono. Though the host wasn't able to greet us in person, he answered all my questions promptly and the place was easy to find. Parking spot was easy to find and we didn't have many stairs to carry our luggage up/down to access the house. The house is a bit far from the old town if you are walking and a lot of stairs up/down to get there, about 20 min. We are a family of five with three children, ages 10-15, and we managed, but it was tough on a very hot day. With that said, it's hard to avoid stairs and walking in Dubrovnik. However, the house is easily accessible by bus and uber. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We did do a lot of our own cooking, we thought it had an oven, but it did not. I think when it said they had an oven, it meant microwave for us (canadian). It did have a stove top with pots and pans.

It is located a fajr distance from the old town, but there are Ubers and buses who can take you there for a fair price.

The parking is located directly by the property. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. It also has a nice terrace with a great view of the sea.

We loved this accommodation. The person who met us was friendly and efficient, and gave us very helpful local information. There was a nice terrace space for relaxing on, and the car parking spot was convenient to the road. The apartment was bright and cheery with good space, and a short - though steep! - walk to the old town. There was a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location! We really appreciated that the property was easily accessible without having to climb many stairs, a rare find in this city. The balcony view was absolutely stunning; we watched the sunset two nights in a row, and it was truly unforgettable. The host is nice and helpful too.

Dominik did a trouble of waiting for us at the parking lot, helped with luggage, approved later check-out... Apto was very clean and well equipped incl. nice terrace. And indeed 15-20min walk from the Old City (or €10 Bolt in the evening).

In case you did not come with a car, the staircase to move around could be a bit painful. But then Uber can take you around within 10 EUR.

The guest house is located on the top of city, next to the main motorway. If you have a car then it is perfect, the parking is right next to the main way and there is free parking included. You would need to take no more than 10 steps down and you are home.

We had the downstairs property, which had somewhat less view than we would have expected based on the photos, but it didn't cause a real problem.

We received very good instructions how to reach the property, since it has a special location, being located on a "street of stairs". We walked to the centre in the morning, it was an easy and relatively short walk. On the way back we took bus number 3 as suggested by our host, which worked out well after all the walks in the city. Warning: first the bus goes to a completely different direction than expected, however don't panic. After a few turns and about 15-20 minutes, it will get to the bus stop you want to get off

Although the exterior view from the patio is absolutely gorgeous, you're in a bit of a half basement sort of space under the parking. You can't hear anything above you but it makes it a bit dark inside.

Lovely views! Quiet space, hosts were very kind and accommodating. Free parking. It is quite literally at the top of the city, you can't go any further up! So be prepared for not just the steps but every single one of them.

Great location and balcony view, a short walk from the walled city - we didn't need a taxi on the way back up the hill. The free parking was helpful.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke, but otherwise a nice apartment.

A nice, comfortable and well-maintained apartment, within walking distance of Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a stay. The balcony area has a nice view of the city.

I would suggest adding air conditioning in the rooms, it gets really hot in summer.
