The owner was extremely kind and helpful! She allowed us to check in earlier and prepared the room despite the short notice. The room was very comfortable and clean. Wifi worked well. The bathroom was always clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen on the first floor was equipped with all necessary utensils, enough pans and crockery. Communication was seamless and fast. Everything was great really, I would book a stay here again.

Its a 20 minute walk to the centre of Cavtat, so not the perfect location without a car, however there is a local bus no.10 which is just opposite and easy to use, especially if you are heading Dubrovnik way.

Comfortable modern styled apartment with nice balcony and shared kitchen facilities to cook breakfast. The host was friendly and responsive to any questions I had.

It is a quick 15 min walk down steep hill to the centre of town. After the small shop and restaurant/bar take the ‘no entry’ road to skip the winding main road! Coming home we were far too lazy to walk but the business are ever 30mins and run in time. Cavtat is quite lovely!

The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Shower had plenty of hot water. Balcony was much appreciated in the evenings. . Hosts were very kind.

Home alike cozy place to stay with lovely decorations. Great location, away from heavy traffic, yet close to centre and beach.

Just be aware that the location is a bit further from the main town, it is about a 15-20 min walk. It is not a problem if you are happy to walk like us, the walk to town is downhill and the walk back is uphill!

The room is spacious, very clean, air conditioned well, with a large wardrobe, large bed, small bar fridge and a table with two chairs. There is a small balcony too. The bathroom was external to the bedroom but it was private for just us which is great. The host was very flexible for our late check in which we were very grateful for! The bus stop that takes bus 10 from Cavtat to Dubrovnik is only about 400m away on the Main Street about 5 mins which was helpful.

You have to fight a little bit for parking space, because more appartments share the same parking space, there was leftover yoghurt and beer at the balkony and fridge, other than that nothing.

We wanted to stay one more night in Cavtat, and we took this Last minute offer. The room is very beautiful and clean, the owner arrived fast and was very straightfoward and helpfull when he gave us the room. It is well equipped with everything. And positioned almost middle of the city. Beautiful view from the balkony to the beach. Every room has a theme and it makes it more fun to stay.

The chamomile tea in the room was a nice touch (although we didn't need it to have a very nice sleep as it was so peaceful there anyway), I would have preferred some sachets of coffee for the morning but it was not a big deal at all. Perhaps a little card of how to use the TV would be useful as it took us quite a while to work out the two remotes.

Nice homely feel and very welcoming and friendly owners. Located 15min walk from Cavtat city centre and similar distance to a lovely beach - great not too busy location. The room was pleasantly decorated and comfortable with a balcony, fridge, aircon... - everything we needed really. Cavtat has a lot to offer when it comes to restaurants, boat trips, beach... and it is very close to Dubrovnik airport so with accommodation in Viola it's so convenient (and good value for money) we're already considering coming back for a long weekend.

We didn´t mind at all as we like walking, but I guess for some people it can be an issue - the sea is about 15 minutes away on foot (but you can take bus nr 10 from downtown!).

Really nice accommodation, very clean, great value for money. Small kitchenette was very handy. Stanka, our host and her family were very friendly and caring! We liked the mountainous view too. The proximity of local bus nr. 10 and small grocery store was perfect.
