Shower was a bit small but not a major issue

Host was very friendly, accommodated a bit of an earlier check in. Located out of the main old town of Split so was very quiet. Has all the ammenities you would need for your stay. Clean and tidy. Would stay again.

We had a great experience. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, and the location is perfect — everything you might need is just a short walk away. The host was very kind, checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything, and gave us a warm welcome.

The home was very clean and organized. An awesome kitchen with all the utensils provided which was nice, as well as a clothes washer with detergent. This made our stay very comfy! The host even provided us refreshing drinks and local juice/beer in the refrigerator given the extreme heat during our stay.

The location is amazing and the property is just as good. A small but perfect kitchen and amazing shower. When we arrived the host met us and gave us an introduction to the area; good restaurants and beaches. The places he said were unbelievable and the advice made our trip much better!

Didn't mind because the AC kept up, but a small fan would have helped direct a little more of the cold air from the main living area to the bedroom.

Made use of the clothes washer which we hadn't expected. That allowed us to fly home with clean clothes. Walkable to Old Town locations, like the emperor's retirement palace.

Host super nice,when I arrived he was there waiting for me and checked me in quickly,he asked the day before what I would have liked to drink at my arrival and found 2 beer cans in the fridge!! Very confortable bed with topper on the mattress! Quite and nice area,walkable from old town. Best thing,at check out I locked the door and threw the key inside the place and forgot my phone inside,so a lady living near by helped me and call the host,and in 5 min he came and opened the door ,at 6 in the morning!! The host live nearby so it s great if you have problems like this. Amazing air conditioner makes the room fresh in just 5 min. High recommended!!

Comfortable apartment equipped with almost everything you need. The welcoming host gave us useful tips about the city. Parking space in front of the building. Relatively close to the center - about 20 minutes on foot, but there is uber. Wonderful city! We made wonderful memories!

The light from the door woke us early.

The room was ideal for a couple. The place was clean and nice. And a walking distance to the city. Ivo, our host, was really good and very reliable. We had a little problem and he directly take care of it and see to it that we will have a very comfortable stay in his apartment. He is always ready to answer our question and react directly. We were really happy and satisfied with our stay.

In the pictures it looks really big and also you see a balcony, but it's not like that.

The appartment is in a cool, quiet residential area of Spilt with lots of old buildings and greenery around. There is a major bus station right next to it which is super convinient. Plus only 20 mins walk to the port and historical town. If you prefer an Uber, it would not cost you more than 6 EUR to get there. The apartment was spacious, secluded by trees, I simply loved it. It really felt like summer home. The owner was tremendously kind and helping, even hitched a ride with him to another town when he was going there. I loved Split, and the more you go out of the main tourist areas the better it is. So this place is def the right accomodation to choose.

In general everything was good. The check-out policy is very strict.

The guesthouse is a room which can be accessed from the street and has bathroom and a small kitchen. I think for a short trip it has most of the things needed. I liked that the host offered a few groceries like water for the arrival. He was also in touch basically from the beginning towards the end.

The ventilation in the bathroom can be improved.

The place is relatively close to the old town. It was a quiet neighborhood and safe. The room was convenient and good.

In the picture it showed a really nice terrace view and I thought that that was the view we would get from our terrace which is why I booked for that place. However those are just pictures from the internet so I got a bit disappointed by that.

It was a small and cozy little apartment with a comfortable bed to sleep on, a couch with a TV and a kitchen.
