No fault whatsoever

Absolutely so spacious and clean the carpet was a beautiful touch. The bed was very large and scenic views along with Aircon and a spacious bathroom.

Parking was tight but worked, tea making facility had to be moved to reach a plug, no real issue with both but just to note, otherwise for us it would have been 10 out of 10

We enjoyed the large comfortable room with views over the sea. The location was great for us, around 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes on the bus) from the old town. And we hugely appreciated the free and safe parking. Thank you to our very helpful hosts.

We had an issue one night very late entering the property, but the hostess was more than kind helping us out the next day and making it all up to us. Other than that… no complaints!

Beautiful room & view, walkable to Old Town & castle, and very helpful and communicative staff! We opened the skylights & balcony doors to let a cool breeze through on a sunny day, and it was heaven.

The room was very clean and new. The apartment has private parking which was great if you are traveling by car. It has bus stop just 5 min walk away. But you can walk to the old town in just 10 min. The bus is free after 5pm.

Could hear neighbours etc so if you’re super sensitive to noise then maybe bring earplugs, but no big issue at all! :)

Lovely room, very modern. Very clean, everything you could need. Very comfy bed and pillows, nice and dark with curtains closed, host was lovely, walk to the old town was about 15 mins. Also very close to a nice beach and a little food shop around the corner for essentials.

There was a lot of building work noise quite late into the night and early in the morning . However totally understand this is not down to the property !

Beautiful large , bright , clean, airy room . Lovely view to the sea . It was about a 15/20 minute walk to the old town which we enjoyed. Excellent communication from the owner .

A few towel hooks in the bathroom might have been nice but I had brought a few rubber ones that worked out fine.

The property was in the perfect location with a beautiful view of the sea. It was a close walk to markets, restaurants, and Old Town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The host was awesome in accommodating our mixed up arrival since our flight was canceled and we weren’t sure when we would arrive. She left us with a cute souvenir of Dubrovnik. Thank you, Ana.

Green Room is a super modern 'mini penthouse' approx 20 min walk from Old Town Dubrovnik. The room has a view across the Adriatic. Parking was graciously provided at no charge. Ana met us on time and gave a thorough briefing. There is an elevator.

This was a beautifully decorated room with an amazing view to wake up to. The host was really friendly and super helpful. A pleasant 12 minute walk into the old town and a great escape from the busy streets.

Beautiful, very cosy and very clean room, with absolutely everything you need. The location is perfect, in a calm neighbourhood but yet very central and within 15 min walk from the old city (very nice walk). Ana is very nice and extremely reactive.

Ana was an excellent and attentive host. We felt like in a brand new 5 stars hotel room, parking place is very convenient and very appreciated for Dubrovnik. A pleasant 15 minutes walk to the old city with nice views.
