Very clean, in a good location and a lot of facilities. I was lucky and they even upgraded my room 🙂 The hotel has a pretty big parking place. Close to the main restaurants and attractions, but still quiet. We have chose to make a massage and it was so relaxing. Breakfast also amazing.

SloveniaThe breakfast was very good, but for vegetarians ( that eat no meat, no fish no eggs) was not a lot to eat, all the sweets contained eggs... In Opatija there are also no bakeries, like there are in other Istrian towns, so the offer for vegetarians is a bit small.

SloveniaThe hotel needs some renovations as there are visible signs of neglect around the pool area and the exterior of the hotel. There was a kinder egg wrapper under our bed and the WiFi is very slow.
We really enjoyed the breakfast as it had a wide array of options. The view from the room was astounding. The best was extremely comfortable.

IrelandBe careful when you book your stay, because they have rooms with balcony in older building, each is 3 stars. The main hotel and reception are in the new building and it is 4 stars. Rooms without a balcony are in a new building. The new building is amazing all it's nice and new. Both hotels are connected by one corridor. That was a little bit confusing for us. But I really appreciate the ladies from reception we're very helpful to change our room. Thank you

United KingdomThe loungers around the pool were tightly packed together, and they were situated on two floors - poolside and on a balony. To get beds poolside required an early visit. Getting to the pool was down a fairly steep stone outside staircase at the front of the hotel and across a road. The hotel was a bit more pricey than we wanted to spend - but the quailty was reflected in the price. As the tap water is drinkable in Croatia (and very nice to drink) - free bottle tap water in the rooms would have been a welcome addition.
Room size, layout, comfort of bed - fabulous HUGE feather pillows! Aircom was excellent in the room. Great shower . Hairdryer worked really well. Really quiet rooms. A great nights sleep. When we arrived I realised I had got confused when booking and didnt book a balcony room. The manager (and her team) were very accomodating and changed our room the next morning, with no fuss, when a room became free - no extra charge. Both rooms were equally good quality. The breakfast was great quality. Lots of variety and always fresh. The resturant was very relaxed with plenty of space and seating. We used the inifinity pool a few times - it was really nice. Good temperature and very clean. Towells, robes, mules and a beach bag were also provided in our room to take to the poolside. Even though the hotel was very busy - it didnt feel busy at all. There was a really relaxed feel to it. Check in and out were both easy, with no waiting time. We were able to take a bus into Rijeka from outside the back of the hotel, which was really convenient. It's a good location to walk along the front of Opatija and to other neighbouring towns, which we did easily. Great sea views. It's a location and hotel we would return to again.
