I had originally booked a private room with a bathroom for four nights – paying over 500 euros. The first room didn’t match the description: there was no clothes rack inside the room, and although air conditioning was advertised, it could not be controlled individually. This is a health issue for me, so I had to request a different room. Thankfully, they were able to give me another one with independent AC control – but that should have been clear from the start.

The location is fantastic – close to everything and still quiet enough to relax. The staff were kind and helpful, and the outdoor terrace is really nice. After changing rooms, I slept amazingly well and felt very comfortable. A lovely hostel overall, especially for solo travelers.

It’s a typical hostel style, but for me personally I wouldn’t want to stay more than 2-3 nights, cause I would like a room a little more comfy and nice looking and just „cozier“. But it’s a hostel and not a hotel, so for a hostel I think it’s a nice place, only especially in summer a little pricy.

If you are planning on staying in split for only a few nights and don’t need much , this is the right hostel to stay in. It was clean and it couldn’t be more central in split Oldtown . Shops and also the sea is within a 1-2 min. walk, which is perfect. Staff is very friendly.

The storage cupboards were tough to reach (the top row). The shower either gave really hot water or cold water - no in between.

There are no options to take a shower after checkout. They don’t have shared showers, only the ones inside the rooms.

I had a single room; it was clean and cozy. It was also not noisy at night, unlike what you often experience in hostels. The staff were also very friendly.

The only gripe I have is that the pillows aren’t great. They were quite flimsy & difficult to sleep on. Beyond that, everything was super!

The hostel is in a great location! It is right in the heart of Split! It was accessible from the harbor and made it easy to get to all meeting points for day trips! I thought the staff was amazing and did a great job of facilitating activities and creating a group dynamic! There were two (optional) get together a while I was there - which allowed me to meet so many different people! They were all also very helpful with information and directions!

The shower looked like it needed to be cleaned a bit better. Also a bench or a shelf in there would be good as there is only a rail to hang up your towel and no where to put anything else.

The beds were so comfy and the hostel allowed for lots of privacy with the room design and curtains. You also had your own light and power point which was amazing. The staff were exceptional and gave me an extra blanket as it was a bit cold. They offered help with how to get around Split, how to get to the airport, and gave recommendations on food and experiences.

I stayed in an 8 bed dorm. Corridor in room was squishy but beds were pretty comfy. I was in the corner so relatively un phased by people coming or going but closer beds would have been uncomfortable as basin in-front of a bed.

Really social hostel, clean facilities, kitchenette for basic meal prep, in a social area with a few bars around. Clean and comfy beds with privacy curtains.

The mirror in the room is too far in (it is placed in a hole in the wall above the sink), making it difficult to see myself properly. The ladders to the top bunks are not the most well designed, I accidentally tripped and had a massive bruise for 2 weeks.

Unfortunately the tap/sink in rooms is in the bedroom (no door, just open sink next to beds) so this was noisy with people getting ready for bed/getting ready for the day and woke me up a few times. Also there’s no communal showers - I wanted to shower after the beach before getting my night bus and couldn’t which was a shame.

Great location in the heart of split and just a 10 minute walk to the bus stations to get you anywhere you need to go! The hostel was large and modern, mostly very clean and had amenities (free luggage storage, kitchen, outdoor areas etc!). Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. AC was so good I had to ask for a blanket as the sheet wasn’t enough (which staff kindly organised).

The lockers were not the biggest and I couldn't get my suitcase into it but my case was fairly large.

The location was brilliant and easy to get to everything. The staff were very helpful and the website gave good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was clean and had Aircon. The rooftop balcony although small had an amazing view and was not busy. Overall loved my stay here and made many friends.

Rooms were rather narrow and you need to squeeze to get past people. Luggage lockers are available but I didn't really use mine as they don't fit all types of luggage which further takes up floor space (hard shell suitcases and larger duffels won't fit, plus if you are on the top bunk your locker is also on top and you need to lift your bags up to head height). I found the ladder to get to the top bunk to be rather uncomfortable on my feet as the rungs are quite thin. Hairdryer is fixed in the sleeping area so it creates noise for other people that cannot be avoided. Shower could use a holder to put your toiletries

The rooms have their own shower, toilet and sink inside, however, the way things are set up it is very noisy for everyone else staying the room with you. I suggest you bring ear plugs, otherwise you can hear everything. Each room comes with a hairdryer, but the issue remains, you have to use it during the daytime to avoid disturbing the other guests.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the hostel is right in the city center, very close to the bus terminal and other places such as restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It had a nice garden where you could hang out, a kitchen area with the essentials and a lounge area as well. The room was comfortable with a locker for luggage (you need to bring your own padlock however) and the room itself can be locked with a key. They also provide you with towels, but no toiletries. The staff were very nice and available 24h. Overall a pretty good hostel experience, I would stay here again.

One sink for 8 people (in my case) is not enough. In the morning when people have to check out it gets a bit crowded. A big minus point was also the mold in the shower, it was pretty much everywhere on the walls. I took a quick shower anyway, but it was a bit uncomfortable.

I thought it was very good that the beds had a curtain so that you could create a small room and retreat. Especially when people are always coming and going, the light doesn't disturb you. I also liked the fact that each dormitory had its own shower, toilet and washbasin, which were separated from each other.
