We had a small issue that was promptly addressed by the staff 10/10. The fact that you need a key to power appliances meant that we could not recharge our stuff while being out and we always run out of battery charge trough the stay. The accommodation had a light on the wrong side of the house making it useless at night if you want to eat outside! Pools? Nice, 3 options but water always very cloudy and full of hairs.

The location was super with plenty of facilities to use despite the extortionate prices to use them!

The roads were very dusty because of the dry weather. Every time a car drove by, it kicked up a cloud of dust that lingered in the air for several minutes. We were also allocated a mobile home that was a long way from the main facilities, requiring a 15-minute walk to the sea, which was quite challenging with young kids

The mobile home was excellent – very clean, with 3 separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and two air conditioners. The outdoor furniture was fantastic and comfortable. There are also great activities for kids in the campsite

This isn't necessarily a 'didn't like' but I feel the accommodation (family comfort) was expensive for what it was...we paid 1175 for 5 nights for 4 of us in a 3 bedroom caravan and they are small and basic, however it didn't in anyway spoil our holiday. Pools close 1-3pm Activities work out expensive if you've got a few kids with you and you have to pay for pretty much everything! Mosquitos! 🦟

Location is great, near to beach, lots of beach activities. Lovely walk down the beach front to Fazana which has lots of restaurants etc. Lots to do onsite for kids. Found staff to be helpful and friendly. Pools are great! Accommodation and site are clean and well kept.

The mobile home is already quite old, and this is especially noticeable on the terrace, which is already shaky. A significant drawback of this mobile home is also the location of the toilet. The mobile home has only one toilet, and its window faces directly onto the terrace. We also missed having an additional light on the terrace.

I don’t want to say that the accommodation was cheap or affordable, because it wasn’t, but we booked at the last minute and it was significantly less expensive than the other options. On the positive side, I would definitely point out that the mobile home was spotlessly clean and that it was possible to park the car right next to it.

We didn’t fall in love with Fazana Beach. It was very wavy the whole time we were there, and when the sea is rough, the water isn’t clear—so snorkeling wasn’t possible. The waves also made it hard to see the rocks in the water, which felt a bit dangerous. I'm not sure if it's always like this, or if we were just unlucky that week. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped. I recommend that guests bring anything essential with them. For example, we didn’t have any mugs or sharp knives during our stay. Also, the mobile homes aren’t soundproof—you’ll probably wake up when your neighbors do. And keep in mind that the garbage truck comes early in the morning and is very loud.

We stayed at Laguna Mobile Homes, located close to the sea—though not directly on the beach. However, we were happy to enjoy a sea view from our balcony. The bungalows are not far from the beaches; some other accommodations in the area require a much longer walk. The swimming pools were nearby, and the kids absolutely loved them. Kitchen: The fridge was large enough, and the gas stove worked well. Bedrooms: The rooms were small but suitable for the kids. There is space under the beds where you can store your luggage or other belongings—especially useful since the property is quite small and you can't leave things outside when it rains. Terrace: Spacious enough, partially covered, with simple plastic furniture.

Fridge was loud. Rooms are so small. Beds are weird, like old ones in hospitals. Very expensive. Only one set of toilet paper when you come, that's it. Bring your own as it is very expensive in the store.

Good location. Big terase. Nice beach. Personnel was nice and very helpful. Before arrival I had many questions and they were very responsive. AC very effective. Overall nice stay bit very expensive. Camp is nice, a lot to do. We even found playground for dogs. Beach is perfect for people with dogs.

Wi-Fi did not reach in a lot of areas. Especially in our mobile home. But they were very quick to give us a router, free of charge. There was one trail of ants leading into the bathroom. But it was only there the first night.

Staff was all very friendly. Home was very clean and decently equipped. Pretty itself has everything you will need for a one week long stay.

Wi-Fi: Basically unusable. Luckily, we had a flat-rate mobile data plan, so it wasn’t an issue for us — but anyone counting on free Wi-Fi might be disappointed. Parking: There is a spot right in front of the house, which is great. But let’s just say we started placing bets on whether the car would make it through the stay without getting scratched by other cars squeezing by... It was... tight. And by tight I mean REALLY tight...

I didn’t expect much — and I didn’t get much. Just another mobile home, like many others I’ve stayed in. Was it clean? Yes. But at this pricepoint, basic cleanliness shouldn’t be considered as a bonus — it should be the minimum.

The beds were indented and uncomfortable resulting in back pain for me and my husband. The closure of the pools from 1300 until 1500 was also problematic. There should be rotating lifeguards/staff so the patrons don't have to interrupt their time. The lifeguards on duty at the pools were constantly on their phones instead of checking for safety the two days we were at the pool. One lifeguard tried to close the pool 15 minutes early only to be yelled at by another patron.

The beach location and pools were close. My kids enjoyed the trampoline park while the pool was closed midday.

One small suggestion for improvement would be regarding the surroundings. We noticed that there were some supporting objects across the road, such as for clean towels and cleaning equipment, which were visible during our stay. Discreetly storing or relocating these items would help maintain the overall luxurious atmosphere and further enhance the guest experience.
