Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are poorly organized, with unnecessary waiting in lines. However, this is the only complaint—the food is very good.

The location and quality of accommodation are of a very high standard. Especially great for families with children.

The fact the accommodation was not cheap, parking is supposed to be near the suits but the ramp is busted and the parking was full of people who paid for cheaper rooms but parked there. Also the A/C that is set automatically at the reception. Not cool because I do not want to open the window or the terrace doors on the lower floor and sleep with the mosquitoes. In a serious accommodation A/C is set by the guest in the room!

Location, the room was spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, staff is polite and helpful.

Food was bellow average, both breakfast and dinner, and dinning facilities are really outdated and the capacity is too small for a big amount of people, it was too crowded, ventilation was not working and some of the stuff members were really rude.

Garden Suites are really cozy, we were on the ground floor so you get a nice sun beds and a big terrace and the garden.

Food, breakfast and dinner were mediocre at best. Limited selection of food, that is prepared better, would be suitable. Only very sweet drinks available, average selection of cereal at breakfast, very limited healthy options, almost no fresh vegetables.

Food was bad, very poor. Logistics for serving was very, very poor. Way too many people vs seats is just crazy, sometimes we needed to stand next to table watch how others eat just to hold to that table so we could sit down with our kid for meal. We tried and came just as serving starts (already was plenty of people) the other day came closer to end (unable to sit at all) moreover as we got closer to end they simply stopped topping up whats finished. Lack of parking spot too, just too many are able to book hotel and they simply don't offer the same number of places. We managed to park in the end but had to look hard for free spot. Members of lobby bar was lazy as hell! I witnessed how bartender got mad at some older lady as she complained that she had to much ice in her glass and started to call her names and smashed glass in sink mumbling something under his nose, this was simply not acceptable in my opinion.

Location and extras for kids was great! Animation was ok-ish. Gym and wellness was great. In general this is great place for stay with family. Reception staff was very polite and helpful!

No separated room in the Suite for the kids. Children toilet at the waterpark wasn‘t open.

Another great holiday with a top suite in the front row, near the children playground and beach. Waterpark & Kids club is still a perfect Entertainment for the kids. Train or family bike for a trip to Umag city or into the north up to Katoro resort is always recommended.

Dining facilities are too small to serve the guests and are located in a lower rated hotel next to the garden suites. They are endless lines for the food during breakfast and dinner, too dark interior dining area, too small outside. I think that for 470€/night a customer can deserve better service in this manner.

I didn’t like being on the second floor. The 1st floor had a nicer terrace and lounge chairs. The balcony on the second floor wasn’t the best for a family of 4. Would ask for 1st floor. Also, they don’t have a coffee maker in the room. It was difficult to find lunch options nearby too or even a local coffee shop. Make sure you take advantage of the option to eat at the hotel. The only food options nearby are either ice cream/snacks or slammed with people.

The location was great! Enjoyed the property with my kids. Parks nearby and waterpark in walking distant. The waterpark had areas for all ages as well as an on-site playground and kids club.

Food was not up to a 4star hotel, rather a very weak 3 star level. Quality was poor, presentation way too simple, same food was repeated on consecutive days. Staff did not refill the plates that quick as the demand.

Suites were well suiting the family with kid, interior design was nice. Great location with many pools and playgrounds. Many outdoor relax options.

We were in the suite on the top floor, and we did not have sunbeds on the balcony. The bottom suites had sunbeds. So it would be great if they put sunbeds on top balconies as well.

Garden suites are positioned in a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants. Our suite was big and had a balcony. It was near the beach and the main hotel where the breakfast and dinner are served (3 min walk to both). Both breakfast and dinner had a lot of variety, and most of the food was very testy. Drinks were included in the price of half board. Umag old town is a 30 min walk away. Internet worked well.

The breakfast was one of the worst experiences we have ever had in the last 15 years. The buffet was the same for the whole week with very, very low quality products - placed in a hall as big and as loud as an airport. All guets try to avoid that hall as best as possible which creates a competitive situation around the tables outside of the hall. Our friends decided to cancel breakfast for the whole week even though they have paid for it. I canceled it once as well. To get a drink at the poolbar was a challenge as well, as your room card and name is not enough. You have to get an additional card from the reception as waiters don't trust you at all and ask for additional proof before you can order on your room.

We got an upgrade to a suite which was a lovely surprise when checking-in and a nice experience for the whole stay. All suites are located in a beautiful garden close to the main building. That suite was plenty of space and big enough for a family of four.

Some of the food was not very good. They were saving too much so the puding or panckes were for example very waterish and not good enough for a 4 star hotel. But some other food was very tasty.

The suites were nice and clean. The pools were great. The staff was nice.
