Great location, 20 mins walk to old town and the port. The place is very well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and hot showers with great water pressure. The host is amazing!

The property was in a perfect location for our stay. Just a short bus ride from old town and very close to harbour restaurants and grocery store. Miladinka our host was amazing from greeting us on our arrival with beer and snacks to freshening up our room everyday we were out.

Nothing - we’d happily stay here again if we visited Dubrovnik!

The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and very comfortable The host is a lovely lady. We arrived late after 11pm but she still came outside to greet us and show us around. Plus offered us some cold beers and snacks once we were in - outstanding welcome and hosting Great location, a bus stop is just a minutes away with a 5 minute bus ride to the old town. Also walkable in about 25 mins.

No parking which we knew and it’s kind of normal in Dubrovnik. There was near by parking - day pass for 25€ which is for Dubrovnik very affordable

Very clean, comfortable bed, great location, 5 min walk to the bus station, 3 min walk to the supermarket, 5 min walk to the bakery. Location was quite and not to far from the centre. Host Mladenka was very kind and helpful, she gave us lots of recommendations, and we felt very welcome. She gave even flowers from her garden to my mum that she asked for. Highly recommending this pls d particularly of the kindness from the host !!

Host was amazing. We had a long trip behind us and were late for check-in but there was no problem, she offered us some home made rosted almonds and free drinks. The place was clean and location is good. Close to the main road but still far enough not to hear the noise.

Very kind owner welcomed us with something to drink and gave tips about the city. Room although not big, is clean, decently equipped and perfect for shorter stay. Situated relatively close to marketplace and bus stations, making it easy to move around

I was hoping to have our own fridge or access to a kitchen but the supermarket was very close by so that was alright.

The location was great to access buses and transport into old town. And it was between lapad and old town which was lovely as well as the beach being 15 minute walk away.

The hostess was really friendly and nice, and the apartment itself was comfy and had all the necessary amenities. Supermarkets/bakeries/restaurants/cafes close by as well. Recommended! 🙂

Nothing! Perhaps it’s a tad far from the old town, but we made the choice to be further away to save money.

The host! She was so helpful. When we arrived she gave us free ice cream and juice, and when we checked out she let us leave our bags at the property for over 8 hours while we spent time in Dubrovnik. The place itself is comfortable, clean, and well kept.

Nothing was great. Make sure you use the supermarket stairs at the bottom of the large stairwell instead of the top street to get in there it’s much quicker access. If you can’t walk on stairs you may struggle in this location but was great for us.

Good location close to supermarkets & bakery. 2km walk to told town however there is a bus right out the front of supermarket so used that to go there and to Lapad beach. Clean neat property & the owner was lovely. Treated us to a beer and icecream when we arrived after a hot bus trip!

The bed was very stiff and the cable was spotty even on local channels.

The rooms where very well-cleaned and air conditioning was much appreciated. Supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and a pier walk were walking distance from the property.

Cooking equipment was a bit worn out, so a little hard to clean after use. The terrace is shared with the entrance to the house and garden, so it's not the most private place to sit, though it is charming.

Super friendly and helpful host, gave us great information about how to get around the town. Also let us store our luggage on the day of checkout so we could explore before our boat left. Quiet area with convenience stores nearby, and a short walk from local public transport. Clean apartment that has a basic kitchen and a small terrace area with a table and chairs for two. Would recommend for couples either passing through Dubrovnik, or staying there for a few days.

I did not know she only accepted cash. Had I known it would have saved me a lot of fees to bring the cash with me rather than ATM withdrawal. I could have planned for it.

Mldemka was a wonderful host, she would make me a Turkish coffee every morning. When I had transportation questions she always had helpful and accurate public transit solutions for me. She was an absolute delight.
