CroatiaFrom the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Goran was very kind and send us exact location for Google maps, so it’s been easy to find them. But what truly made this place stand out was the incredible kindness of the staff. Warm, genuine, and always ready to help — they made us feel not just welcome, but truly at home. There is a grill place and traditional Dalmatian “konoba” near the house. It's rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this accommodation near Split really did. Cleanliness? 10/10. Hospitality? Off the charts. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already planning our next visit. If you’re anywhere near Split, do not miss the chance to stay here.

The hosts were very friendly, and we had a great stay. They gave us advice on where to go and where to visit, and even shared a wonderful dinner with us! They cooked a "under the bell" meal with homegrown tomatoes and wine. It was a highlight of our trip.

All the positive reviews here are absolutely spot on, so we won’t repeat everything. Suffice to say that it was the most welcome we felt of the four places we stayed in Croatia, and also, although quite small, it was the best-equipped room (satellite TV, fridge, kettle, all three of which were absent in the rest of our stays). Mirko and Ivanka were kind, attentive and generous hosts. Highly recommended. We were unlucky with two local eateries that we wanted to try, which were closed, so we went to the one recommended by Mirko, called Fenix. Don’t be put off by the fact it’s on an industrial estate and has plastified menus. We ate well, including a substantial octopus salad, about six lamb chops, and a good plate of grilled squid.

Nice apartment in Dugopolje, a small village close to Split. The owner was one of the nicest person's I've met. At my arrival he offered to enter in an old house (the oldest in town 300 years old +) and offered a cold house made lemonade which was perfect since It was hot and humid (31C). Then he explained (speaking) a little history of the house, town and surroundings in Spanish thru an mobile app. The owner speaks enough English to understand each other! The apartment is right in the middle of a small square, really quiet and clean. The bed was extra comfy, the bathroom was good with shower gel provided and it has a fridge, TV, A/A and water boiler and coffee. You are free to use a BBQ close by or to hand out around. I would return !!!

HungaryThe room is a bit small, just enough for 2 persons for one night. Was not easy to find the place, due to many road constructions in the village. The water cattle did not work.
Clean and fully refurbished room and bathroom. The owner was very helpful. We could sit in the garden terrace, just a few steps away. Free coffee and tea is provided. There is also a small fridge in the room. Split downtown is ca. 20 minutes by car.

The room is small but has everything what you need. The owner Mirko is a lovely host and welcomed us with his own wine, which we had in some kind of games of thrones style room, where we had a great conversation. They also have a very big garden with wonderful seating places. Unfortunately it was unusual cold for May and we only stayed for one night. All room furniture and the bath looks quite new and modern. In the evening his wife also gave us some tasty cake. We can recommend everyone to stay here, especially on hot summer days. Thank you
