My only minus is the condition of the area rug beneath and around the bed. It was quite stained.

This was an amazing experience. The rooms are very very clean. Not just cleaned but they have a clean feeling not sure how to explain that. Everything in the room is pretty new and nice. Also, it was larger than the pictures showed. It was very spacious. It also had a balcony that I am not sure was in the pictures or not but I say outside on it multiple times and it was very nice. Our host also coordinated the shuttle from the airport. She met us at the property and gave us a lot of information about the town. The location is amazing its like a 6 min walk into the main old town area. Its also pretty close to beach clubs, it was around 10 mins to Mistral beach club. This was definitely one of my favorite stays. Everything about it from the property to the host to the location was great.

I gave it a high rating because everything was at a high level. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town, attractions, promenade, restaurants and market. The manager met me, explained everything and was really in touch 24 hours. I liked the room, it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, useful little things, cleaning every day, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had wonderful impressions. We stayed at this luxurious guesthouse for four nights. Ana is a most exceptional host. She received us warmly and was most helpful in suggesting restaurants and gave us information about excursions outside of Split. Communication with her was excellent. The rooms are elegantly decorated; bed comfortable with luxurious linens; bathroom in our suite was large and had a jacuzzi. Our room had a small balcony where we could enjoy a drink before bed. The house is a few minutes’ walk from the Diocletian’s palace and therefore away from the noise of the city. We slept well!

Everything about this property was amazing. From the location, to the value for the money… incredible! Ana was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, and we truly wished we had found this place sooner!! Excellent hosts. Ana is very helpful and took care of every detail. Lots of advice, and she even offered to ship back some stuff we forgot at her cost. Great location - short walk from the palace and promenade- very convenient if you are visiting Split for Leisure. Easy access to the palace, and restaurants and bars as well as shops. The rooms themselves are very nice - tastefully done up and have all amenities. Parking is also available onsite which is very covenient.

Nothing too much but just pay attention that this is a ROOM, not an apartment so no kitchen included.

The location is excellent, a little outside of old town but only 5min walk to all sightseeing sites. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable, and the inner decor is elegant. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

Ana was more than hospitable and generous to us. She would go beyond herself to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Her feel for luxury and amenities is beyond match. The accommodation provides all the tiny little things you might have forgotten at home, but can't go without. Although situated in the centre of town, the place is incredibly quiet and it is a nice 10 min walk from the centre.

Beautiful room, felt luxurious and very thoughtfully designed. Suzanna was an amazing host, went above and beyond and gave lot of interesting information about Zagreb. Location is great as well.

Luxury rooms indeed in a more quiet part of Split, just 5 minutes to the old town. The host is incredible friendly and really gives you a warm welcome. The rooms are great size, in total 3 rooms on one floor with a small reception area in the middle, the rooms are positioned around the reception. Secure building with codes. Two out of 3 rooms have a balcony. Paid parking at the building available. Free street parking as well. High quality materials have been used like towels, bedlinens and so on. The rooms have a fridge, coffee/tea and amazing marble bathrooms. Very quiet area. Shutters and black out curtains guarantee a good sleep. Breakfast is not served, but they have a deal with a hotel in the old town with discount over there.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The owner was wonderful—so friendly and helpful, always ready to offer great tips and advice. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The accommodation was amazing, with so many thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special. I loved the great coffee, luxurious bath products, and the cozy cushions for the balcony. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate—this place is fantastic!

We enjoyed staying at Five Elements so much and returned there for the 2nd time on our last day in Split! The location couldn't be better—close to all the best attractions in Split, yet nestled in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. Honestly, don't stay anywhere else in Split; this is hands down the best spot to spend your vacation.

Suzana our host was amazing. She gave us a detailed checkin with lots of recommendations. A common sense approach to the tourist attractions, where to park without being charged a fortune, where to withdraw cash without being charged. There was one day of bad weather so she gave suggestions of places to visit so not to be too affected. She made reservations for us within seconds of sending her a message. She’s bang on it. Very good at hospitality & a lovely lady. The accommodation is a classic, don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of the building lacks curb appeal, but this is normal for most, if not all the buildings outside of the old town. The inside however is exactly like the photos, luxurious & spacious. A lot of thought has gone into the aesthetics and comfort for the guest. The bed is huge! Handmade too! The most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. There’s no mirrors in the main room which I suspect is to do with feng shui. There was a full length mirror in the hall and plenty in the bathroom. I just like to have natural light to apply makeup and more surface space for toiletries. This is my personal preference. It’s a short walk into town where you pass two supermarkets. Slight hill and stairs on the way back. Parking available.
