Bit of an incline to apartment but we didn’t mind at all

We stayed on top apartment and Amazing view, rooms are generously sized, modern and clean, outdoor area is a real treat. Short walk to the town, Owner came to collect us off the ferry to bring us to apartment by car

We had the best time staying here. Picked up from the port so we didn’t have to lug our bags up the steep hills. Beautiful ocean view and great recommendations from Mr Fio. We will be coming back in the future.

Although it was only 7 minutes walk to the hotel, the owner was so kind to have personally picked us up from the ferry port by his car. Great communication via Whatsapp before we arrived. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean with a beautiful terrace oversee the seaview. The place is very close to town but also to the stretch of beaches. We rented a car on the second day to explore different parts of the island and settled ourselves at Milna Beach. We had a great time in Hvar.

Fantastic stay at Fio’s! Very comfortable room, amazing view and superb air con! Location is great with the old town to one side and the best sunset point and lovely beach bars to the other. Sime is an excellent host, he very professional. Sime is also very kind and responsive to the needs for guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you very much Sime!

The apartment was fantastic, great facilities and huge terrace with wonderful views over the bay and surrounding islands. Great location close to the centre of Hvar Town. The owner Sime was great and recommended and facilitated the activities we wanted to do, eg boat trips, wine tasting and places to visit

Great location, easy walk down to the harbour. Very clean apartment as well as the facilities. Simon, the host, was amazing! Great hospitality, very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay at Fio's amazing. Would completely recommend to anyone as it was great value for money.

The host, Sime, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Sime very kindly collected us from the port and took us to a view point where he gave us a brief history of the island and recommendations of things to do. The host had written a thought out list of recommendations of places to go, eat and even where to rent a car. The recommendations were helpful and none disappointed. The room was exactly as presented on the photos and we had a wonderful view from our balcony. I would highly recommend a stay at Fio's.

The property was in a perfect location. Far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to get back to the town. Shops and beaches also within walking distance. Pizza takeaway next door too. Sime (the host) helped with everything, from suggestions for things to do to general assistance around the apartment, he was the perfect host. He also posted back lost clothing we’d left behind to the UK. Couldn’t thank him enough.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. He offered great advice and also fetched us from the harbor. We had a great room with balcony and a nice view. The electric blind block out all the noise and light and is great for sleeping.

The pool was quite dirty with a number of dead flies in there so it wasn’t particularly inviting to go into and clearly needs regular cleaning. Needs a clean in the pool but the area around the pool was nice to relax. This wasn’t too much of an issue for us as we chose to go to beaches instead but is something to be improved upon.

Very close to the town centre with a great view from the balcony. Room was spacious and had our own bathroom (although not en-suite). Sime, the host, was fantastic and provided so much information about Hvar and provided great recommendations.

Fio's B&B is located just outside of the village, very quiet but walking distance from the historic center. Our apartment had an amazing sea view. All is clean and the staff changes towels and bedsheets every three days. Sime is an amazing host, he will go out of his way to make sure you make the most of your stay.

Fio was so helpful from the moment we booked. He was keeping up to date with when our ferry got into Hvar, and very kindly picked us up from the bus station, which was a 4 minute walk from the ferry port. He told us loads of information on what we could do whilst we were there if there was good weather/bad weather and gave us a lot of recommendations. He gave us a tour of the place when we got there and showed us how to use the wifi/tv/air con. The view from the room was incredible. You could see as far as the other islands that were all lit up beautifully at night. The bed was so comfy, and the blinds were blackout so the room was pitch black and also so quiet at night. The tv was a smart tv so could get netflix/youtube on it. We didn't have the best weather whilst we were there so i only got to use the pool once, but it was warm and clean, and the pool area was big with lots of comfy seating. There's also a book in the room that Fio has made with recommendations for everything you can think of that really helped us when we were there. about a 7 minute walk into town, and about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. There was a really big cute dog that lived there too. I would absolutely stay there again.

Nothing, it was all good. People should understand that it’s up the hill so there are some steps through town to get to it, that’s unavoidable.

The room was very comfortable, and there’s a lovely little swimming pool up some steps at the side of the building. Our bathroom was along the corridor but we didn’t mind that - it was still private, just for us. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. Sime is super friendly and helpful, he brought his car down to the bus station and parked there when we arrived, then walked into town to meet us and help us with our luggage. We only had a couple of nights there, but if we’d had longer he’s full of ideas for things to do and see on the island. Recommend.
